Eugene Adams Heating And Air Conditioning

I was a long term customer with Eugene Adams and enjoyed the servicing and warranty coverage until I was informed that my warranty did not cover a specific, expensive part. Nowhere in the contract, at that time, did it stipulate anything regarding specific parts and price thresholds. Then, the employee attempted to sell me a new oil furnace, which I opted not to purchase. As a result, my trust in pricing and warranty coverage is no longer a consideration. My neighbor also had to haggle with them regarding a part that they said wasn’t covered but they later agreed was covered. Whether this is employee competence/incompetence or traditional high mark up (my brother in-law owns a plumbing business and has shared stories of how much he’s been able to mark up on inexperienced customers), let the buyer beware.

Had a new gas installation approx. two years ago and was not 100% happy with the venting. After a thorough inspection, cleaning and replacement of suspect parts, venting was redone with proper attention to specs. Scheduling, technicians' knowledge and execution are second to none. Highly recommend their maintenance plan — Eugene Adams stands by their products.

Were punctual, friendly, knowledgeable, and very respectful of my home/property. I first hired them for a minor issue several years ago, but after talking to Eugene Adams myself, I was quite impressed with his work ethic & procedures. I had my heater replaced and a couple yrs later my 20 yr old air conditioner. I also have their annual maintenance plan which saved me from headaches later on. I've recommended many folks to use Eigene Adams' services! One of the good guys!

A couple weeks ago our air conditioner stopped working during a heatwave. Eugene Adams H & AC, sent a technician out the very day that I called. Which was fantastic. We had been calling places all day, and no one would do same day except them. A week later the air conditioner stopped working again. We called again and they came back and made it right. Our technician, Justin, was wonderful. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was working perfectly. Thanks!

This week I had an air conditioning and heating unit installed. It was a fantastic experience. The installers were so good. They kept me informed of progress and were very knowledgable about the units. They left the areas they worked on super clean and I couldn’t be happier. I give them a 10 plus out of 10! I highly recommend them.

Call Eugene Adams from the first phone call to completed job could not have been more pleased. Ted came out to give estimate and was very nice to deal with. When I ask for bigger unit instead of up selling me he explained why a bigger unit would not work.After giving me an estimate which I thought was very fair I decided to give them the job.They arrived on time and KJ and Gil could not have been nicer very polite and very neat when job was completed you couldn’t even tell they were there. I am so happy with this company I will be using them for all my heating and air conditioning services and would definitely recommend them to anyone I know in need of these services. We used them 13 years ago to replace our 2 heaters and recently to replace the one that finally stopped working. Both experiences were excellent. In fact, that’s why we called them back again. Billy showed within an hour of calling for service. Once it was determined the unit was unfixable, he had pricing and a new unit within a day. Even offered mini heat units in the interim. They swapped out the new heater in a few hours the day after a holiday and cleaned everything up. Prices were also reasonable. Great work and pleasant staff. Highly recommend!

I’ve been doing a lot of renovations and upgrading to my home. Mr. Adams was the only owner out of my roofer, plumber, that I was actually able to get a hold of. I had some questions and his office staff passed me right to him with no issues. If you want a company that you need to get a hold of the owner in a reasonable amount of time, this is the company to use. The unit looks great too!

Eugene Adams HVAC is the most reliable and professional company I have ever dealt with for work needed on my home units. Recently just had a new furnace and AC unit installed. The employees were extremely knowledable and proficient in completing the work. There was no push on expensive products that were not needed. I highly recommend this company for any HVAC work needed.

I called on on Friday late in the day and explained that my oil burner was spewing smoke. The prior servicing company had routinely come out but never did the job right. On Saturday, Justin and Bill arrived and immediately dignosed not just the immediate problem, but the underlying cause. Justin likewise informed me that the problem could have been addressed but apparently wasn't. He also identified that the wrong part, a refurbished part for which I had previously paid full price to the prior servicing company, had been installed and had contributed to the problem. Justin and Bill were incredibly professional and acted like gentlemen as well. They were at my house for 4.5 hours working and resolving the problem. They showed me what they were doing and why every step of the way. After they had completed the job they cleaned up everything right down to the door knobs. I recommend without reservation Eugene Adams, Inc. They are amazing.
