We have been without heat and hot water for 4 days with no end in sight. Seems like not a "big deal," but I have serious skin issues and not showering daily causes major issues problems for me. My 9 year old step daughter also needs warm showers and baths. The water in our home is frigid and our home is cold. Anthony's was out to our home 4 days ago, identified the issue, and has not given us any answers as so when they will be back or if they can get the part they need. We have called them multiple times and begged for help, no answers. They use an answering service and I called asking for updates this evening, frustrated but not being angry, yet I was hung up on. We are stuck with this company since we are renters. I am frustrated beyond belief.

*update : it was a full week before we had heat and hot water. Then they charged thousands for the repairs

Needed a new hot water heater. Norman & Keith were courteous, informative & helpful. They were on time & answered any questions I had professionally. I was recommended to Anthony's & was very satisfied.

Company send the guy with a trainee. Repair guy was not competent. He spent 3 hours (of non competency) getting instructions all the time on phone. Found several parts one by one. While there should be one part faulty which caused stop working the AC. Even after three parts replaced(Even Connector and run capacitor was good) it didn't start. then he removed PSEG box and pressure valve too. left hanging parts in side the box without proper assembled. Billed for three parts while two old were good. Took money $500 for $10 worth of parts. Please be aware and stay away from Anthony Plumbing.

Have been using Anthony's since 2015 for my A/C, furnace and plumbing. Always efficient, always on time. Great service, fantastic staff and technicians.
Do not hesitate to call them to assist with any plumbing or A/C needs. You will not go wrong.

My experience with Anthony’s was nothing short of excellent. On a Friday morning when it was extremely cold outside 30° we lost our heat . I called Anthony’s for an emergency service, and they were here within the hour. AJ and the other technician were very knowledgeable, polite, and complete professionals. They temporarily put the heat back on for us and ordered a part to return on Monday. Monday morning we lost our heat again when we called they were already on their way with the replacement part. Our heat was fixed same day and it was a wonderful experience. Great service at a great price. I would highly recommend Anthony’s.

Chris & Keith responded to install new water heater. Both were very professional and knowledgeable. The work was done in a timely fashion and we are very happy. Highly recommend Anthony’s plumbing!

Our toilet was leaking through the sub floor into downstairs. We received same day service. Justin and Joe were courteous, informative, and helpful. Justin recommended two possible solutions and was conscientious of my budget needs. The simpler solutions seems to have solved the problem so far. I would call them again for my plumbing needs. I also really appreciated the call from dispatch, Martha, to say that they were on their way and to expect them in 15 minutes. This was in addition to be given a 4 hour time window. So helpful!

Very pleased with their service. Called for a furnace repair and they were there same day. I received an appointment window and a courtesy call 30 minutes prior. They were prompt, efficient, very courteous and fair priced. Would not hesitate to recommend or call them again for service.

Due to a basement flood our water heater failed. Anthony himself came out within the hour of our call. It turned out that it needed to be replaced. The next day, AJ and Victor came and did an excellent job of replacement within a short time. This has been my experience consistently with Anthony's.
