Randy and his team went out of there way to prioritize our request for quick attention to the issue we were having with our air conditioning. Communication was fantastic, and they were very helpful. The problem ended up being electrical, so we had to wait for an electrician to come out to get the issue resolved. In the meantime, Randy had his team delivered a portable air conditioning unit to keep us cool while we waited, and did so within an hour. They did not need to do that, and offered so at no cost. We were grateful and would do business with this company again without hesitation.

Our hot water tank started leaking during the big snow storm, and we were not expecting any speedy service from anyone right after the snow storm. We were extremely surprised when Quality Air replaced the system the next day we placed the call and handled all the paperwork!

As they worked, I kept asking questions due to my curiosity. Everyone was patient and knowledgeable to answer my questions. I not only received professional service but also enough knowledge to understand how the system works.

I'm in the energy and home improvement field and have known Quality Air Specialists for some time. We met through industry and trade type training.
We referred QAS to one of our customer's family members in Westfield, NJ. (We don't service that area). As a customer and quality focused business, we don't take referring others lightly. Randy from Quality Air, met with the customer and offered solutions for their Comfort issues. They had a Mitsubishi heat pump system installed in their Victorian home. The feedback was tremendous- QAS understood what they wanted, gave them several options and delivered more than they expected. The house is now very comfortable and cost much less to heat and cool. I wanted to take a moment to inform you of our experience working with your company.
My wife and I are delighted with the Mitsubshi Ductless Mini Split System that you recommended & had installed in our home.
It has been functioning well during hot and humid days and is extremely quiet and efficient. Since the weather turned cold, the heater function (heat pump) is an added bonus since I was going to install a new furnace, now I don’t need to. We feel we made the proper decision in selecting the Mitsubshi system and having your company, Quality Air Specialists to install it.
I must make the following comments about the installation. Bobby and his crew worked with speed and skill that was obvious to me as I watched during the hours the process required. When the work was complete, the clean up was meticulously done, the rooms and basement were left immaculately clean. Also, your customer service is excellent. I needed to call your office and Layla was very professional, friendly and informative.

I've used Quality Air Specialists for several years for my primary residence. When I recently purchased a rental property we identified a unique problem with metal AC ducts sweating inside an interior wall and causing damage to the ceiling in the finished basement. I had several "handyman" contractors superficially evaluate and propose solutions, none of which I was confident would solve the problem. When I called Quality Air, Randy (the owner) arranged to come out the next day to take a look. He literally spent a full hour of his time to diagnose the problem(s), and talked through alternative solutions with me. We agreed on the approach to take, and his guys, Tim and Steve, - who were very polite and very efficient - did an outstanding job getting the work done. I have to say it has been a pleasure working with Quality Air and would certainly recommend them to friends and family.

We needed a new cooling system as the old one leaked all the Freon into the air. They came out to give us a quote within a few hours. The quote was less than other vendors, and for a Trane, which Consumer Reports rates very well. We went with them, and they just finished installing it. Nice installation. One day to get a quote, another day for us to get a competing quote and decide to go with Quality Air Specialists, and they installed the system the next day. Very responsive. 10/10 would use again.

We called QAS two years ago to get an estimate just for insulation in our attic. When we received the proposal, we saw that we could get a rebate through the NJ Clean Energy Program. Glenn also told me if we converted to natural gas (we had oil heat), we could save a bunch more. We sat on the proposal for a while and picked it up again late last year. I did some research and saw people paying upwards of $18 to convert from oil to nat gas.

We went through the process during which we were approved for a 7 year 0% interest loan to pay for the cost of the project. The guys were in and out in three days and our house is so much warmer. Our total cost for the project was $10,440, which is great considering we've got a new furnace with a 95 efficiency rating, a central air unit (we were using window units previously), and an insulated attic (it had the original insulation from when it was built in 1955).

We're very happy with the work that's been done.
