In the beginning of the last heating season our system refused to start heating on some of the coldest days. I called Platinum and the guys came over right away. At this time I have called multiple other companies who either did not answer, could not come for 6-8 weeks or did not show up at all for our scheduled visits.
I received an estimate that did not change even after having to spend two days trying to figure it out after the replacement part turned out to be faulty and just changing it with another new one did the job at the end. They made sure they were not missing any hidden failures along the whole system.
The were clean, polite and happy to be doing what they were doing.
They are not cheap, but they will get it done and they guarantee their work and PARTS.

They confirmed the timing with me and gave me a heads up when Ed was on his way to my building.
