We called Fante's for help with our water heater (which was installed by another company last year). Our message was responded to promptly, and plumber Bill Johnson came out to help us the next morning. Bill was on time, polite, professional, and friendly. We decided to go forward with the repair, which was quickly and competently addressed by Bill and the team at the office the same day. Bill answered all our questions and was patient in showing me how to turn the hot water back on after the glue had been given time to set properly. It was easy, and the hot water was restored. Thanks to Bill and Fante's! We highly recommend them.

Technicians were excellent, they did a wonderful job; they were professional, friendly and pleasant. I give them 5 stars. The issue was that they failed to make a 4 hours window even after repeated calls. It may have a dispatching issue but if a business keeps customers waiting beyond the scheduled window without any update, it does not deserve 5 stars. No star for On time.

Service Gentleman by the name of “Rick” was very professional, friendly, listened to my questions and answered them fully . He saw that we are taking care of our system and he advised us to sign up for a service membership . His transition was flawless. I did not feel as though I was forced/ pushed into purchasing anything. Because of that I purchased the service membership I will definitely refer this company to others especially because of this young man.
You gave a good employee… keep him happy and ur company will thrive!!

The technician , Sam McEwan, was very professional and courteous. He finished the job and cleaned up then explained everything that was done. I would definitely recommend him.

Paul came and looked at our very old system and he said it was time to get a new one. This system was installed by Fante's over 21 years ago, so I think we got our moneys worth. We are getting a new system installed by Fante's HVAC team soon! Thanks to everyone!

I have been using Fante’s for years now.
Today John was an amazing! He was knowledgeable and so pleasant. He walked me thru my AC needs and completed multi-units quickly. I will definitely use them again.

It was hot as H..LL in our house and Paul came in and cheerfully corrected our problem. The thermostat needed to be replaced. He took his time carefully explaining how the new one worked. Once again, Fante's provided great service!

Bill and Chev came to repair a pipe leaking from the hot water heater, and also did a full plumbing inspection of the whole house. They were on time, professional, courteous, and kind. I recommend Fante's for any plumbing needs as well as HVAC/heat/AC work.

Had Nick and Vincenzo come out today and install a brand new air conditioner unit and furnace. Within minutes you could tell the difference or the temperature inside. They were both extremely polite, professional, hard working, and motivated individuals. They expressed how they wanted to make sure the customers were all treated the same and expectations were met with the installation and repairs. Highly recommend this company and you’re lucky if you have these two working for you! Give these two raises they deserve it! Thank you.

We had an AC and HVAC installed on
Thursday June 29. On Sunday July 2 it stopped working in the morning. The compressor would not turn on and it was hot. Paul Capone arrived and did not leave until the job was completed properly. The drain for the water condensation was not right and kept backing up. He was in the mud in our crawl space but wouldn’t leave until it was working properly. We are very thankful!
