Precision Heating & Cooling

We had a natural gas leak and found out our water heater was not installed to code. After getting sever quotes including one from Wagner Mechanical as high as $12,600 Pete from precision got us back up and running for a fraction of the cost- about $2000 which was really good considering the tests/permits he also had to do. I'm glad a friend from work recommended him as you know it's hard to find honest contractors who do great work. Strongly recommend.

One star is too many.

I have been using this company on/off for years. They replaced my water heater 2-3 years ago and have always had a good experience in the past. Yesterday I realized I had leak in the water heater closet and called get an appointment. They said they would have to check the schedule and would get right back to me. No problem, except they never called back, I called again this morning and the gentleman on the phone said that he supposed to call back and apologized. He then asked when I would be around, so he could send somebody out. I said I'm fairly open and when would they have someone available. He said he could send someone out by 1:00. They NEVER showed. I called back multiple times and it went straight to the answering machine. I left a message at one point after waiting around for an hour asking for somebody to call me back just to let me know when somebody would show up. Again, I never received a call.

I understand that sometimes emergencies happen that side track you, but to never call and explain what is happening is simply unprofessional. For a company I used to recommend, they have now lost a customer for life.

I used precision to hook up my swamp cooler and shut down heater in the spring and to drain the hot water heater. They sent me Jerry. I liked them so much that I called them again for the heater hook up and swamp shut down. I even requested Jerry to come back to my house. He did a perfect job again! Thank you precision and thank you Jerry!

Apparently my management company hired Precision to do the switch over of furnace to swamp cooler this passed spring for my rental.. I go out to my property today to switch it back & these idiots slammed in my damper cover to the point I couldn't get it off. I wasn't sure who the company was until today or I would have also reviewed that whoever went out there for the spring switch over also left THREE old pump systems on my roof for some odd reason. My husband went out to check the cooler after not three months after Precision because apparently it started malfunctioning & found them. What type of unprofessionalism is this? 0/10 would NOT recommend this establishment.

They got me in quickly and finished a complete furnace, coil, condenser and water heater install in about 5 hours! My A/C has never worked this good even when the house was new!

I called on 11/05/19 to schedule an appointment for an estimate on a new furnace. I spoke to Pete, the owner, and he stated he would personally be there on 11/06/19 at 10:00 am for the appointment. He never showed and when I called it was sent to voicemail. There is nothing precise about this company and they don’t even have the courtesy to let you know what’s going on.
