Mike has been servicing plumbing issues and A/C issues for me for a few years. He will be installing a new furnace system in the near future. He is knowledgeable, respectful and a rare find in the industry today. I would highly recommend him, you will not be disappointed.

Mike, the owner and operator of Frank Adams Heating, is hands down my one and only "go-to" HVAC and plumbing technician for my entire house. Mike has either serviced or replaced every HVAC system and so much more.
My very first experience with Mike and Frank Adams Heating was a lasting one! In 2020 I contacted Mike to service my hot water boiler when my wife and I bought our new house. I wasn't familiar with this system seeing as I had a forced hot air furnace at our last house. Mike showed up on time, was clean cut, very respectful but most of all, impressively knowledgeable. Mike really knew his stuff and took the pride and time in teaching me all the ins and out of the system and even how to properly maintain it over the years. He even showed me how to troubleshoot issues that might come up with a system like this and what maintenance to be prepared for over its lifetime.
The next most impressive work done by Mike was in July of 2021 when my entire air conditioning system was replaced (21 year old Carrier R22 system). Michael took the call, come to the house and tried everything he possibly could to get the old system up and running to save us from having to do a full replacement. Due to the age, cost of repair and even upkeep on such an old system, Mike explained everything go on as to why it was time to replace it and I agreed. Within a week Mike had the parts delivered (outdoor AC compressor, indoor air handler, all new coolant lines ran between the two units and all plumbing/electrical needed) and fully installed. He even showed me the pressure tests that proved it was air tight and leak free. side not to keep in mind is that it was in July's 98' heat while the attic, where the air handler is, was 118')
Mike has done over a dozen of HVAC and plumbing jobs (from major replacement to basic maintenance) in my house over the past two years. Every time he is asked to take on a job or project I get the same character and professionalism as I did on my very first experience.
Honest, trustworthy, respectful and knowledgeable. Mike is the one and only heating, cooling and plumbing specialist I will call on for any of my needs.

Mike most recently installed a water softener unit in out townhouse in Clifton Park. Clifton Park water has HARD water. He was punctual, courteous, friendly, professional and his fee was very fair. We love our water softener, and what a difference it makes all around. He also repaired a broken pipe in our wall. I would highly recommend Mike.
