Mt Kisco Mechanical Service Corporation

Left garbage in my attic from the job. Failed to connect pipe back and left one of my rooms without connection to the AC. Unbelievable…Never called to come back and fix. When I called to resolve- got nothing but nastiness/stonewalling. Run, don’t walk to another company. You have been warned.

Wouldn’t use this company based on the way that the employees carry themselves. To the man that almost ran over my family in Port Chester not paying attention in a parking lot on Father’s Day? Don’t count on this company for attention to detail. Sincerely, the woman that talks too much (according to you)

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! I called and scheduled an appointment. They called 3 hours into the appointment time to say that no one is coming. They said that whenever they are available (maybe today, maybe tomorrow, maybe next week they aren't sure) they will call and say they are coming in an hour without any other advance notice and expect me to take off work with only an hour notice. Deeply unprofessional. Very rude on the phone saying they are "accommodating me" by even considering showing up at all.

I have been a customer of Mt, Kisco Mechanical since 1994 having recently moved to the area and was in the midst of a home addition and renovation. Joe Canosa totally designed and engineered my home heating and cooling system. He has always been thorough, professional, responsive and enormously helpful. The staff at MKMS are all personable and extremely helpful, whenever I have a problem they are very responsive. I am an extremely satisfied customer and highly recommend them for all home heating and cooling needs.

We had water dripping into an upstairs bedroom. Mt. Kisco Mechanical sent a technician on Thursday afternoon prior to Memorial Day. He fixed a broken pvc pipe and saved the day! No one else could commit to coming before the holiday weekend. I thought we would be pay a lot for this quick service but the invoice was completely reasonable.

I have only been with Mt. Kisco Mechanical for 1 year, but they have been incredible so far. They come out to our property whenever we have an issue and their response time is immediate thanks to Paula. A+
