Our heat stopped working the night before we were scheduled to move into our new home. We called another local provider who, after several missed appointments, told us it would be 7-10 days before we could get heat unless we purchased a brand furnace for nearly $10K. At the recommendation of a neighbor, we called Carey and Walsh who had a tech out within an hour and repaired our existing furnace for 1/10th of the cost. They were friendly, responsive, and went above and beyond to get us warm again! As a result, they have a customer for life. Thank you!!

My personal experience was horrible with Carey and Walsh. Rude office customer service Seannah was belligerent rude and obnoxious. Eric was very nice but disorganised.
Eric came out to my house. When I was booking for a professional to come out take a look at my air conditioning system they told me about the fee that you automatically have to pay that is $164 for the first half an hour and then every half an hour it goes up, he spent 15 minutes could not answer questions that were entry-level questions for an air conditioner professional.
He recommended a new air conditioning unit. I was sick, had a virus so I had my son go outside to hand him the service fee check while we were speaking to each other on the phone and I have outside door cameras my son went to give him the check for 15 minutes of looking at the air conditioner which only took him five minutes.
He said that’s not necessary because I’m recommending a new air conditioner.
I said well I already wrote out my check out. I have a camera at my front door I had a my adult son go to hand him the check and he said no not necessary..
I told him that the office told me that I would have to have a deposit for his 15 minutes and he said no that’s not necessary. I ripped up the check. I never thought about it again. I never heard from Eric so I contacted him by calling the office. Office workers rude they act like you’re asking too much from them just to call and follow up.
Again, Seannah was completely rude. Never heard from him I called for the second time, finally followed up sent me a proposal $4400 if I was going to do both zones twice that. I was having my floors fixed and he said that it was best to wait until they were completely finished before the workmen start trampoline over them. I emailed him a few questions again never had my questions answered after four emails he told me that my emails were ending up in his junk mail he answered a few questions. I was going to have Carey and Walsh do the work after my floors were fixed. Seannah from accounting started calling me odd hours after working hours.
Early morning 8AM after 5:30PM leaving messages that I must pay my outstanding balance which completely confused me considering Eric waved this $164 fee.and they have not done any installation.
I called their office thinking that I would explain what Eric said to my son and I on camera. I wasn’t prepared for an argumentative office worker Seannah who was rude interrupting me accusatory. I was shocked.
I realised you can’t reason with nonsense and this company is full of nonsense, their lack of integrity, disorganisation and office workers being extremely rude not following up, made me realise this is not a company I want to be dealing with when installing a major appliance that God forbid might need maintenance.
I would never want to deal with this rude disorganised company Carey and Walsh..Prior to hiring this company, I would check the better business bureau, I would read all the reviews not the five-star reviews that are obviously fake, read the real reviews. I’m not going to hire Carey and Walsh I’m going with a different company due to my experience with this company.
On a side note, I emailed Scott to tell him the experience I had with his office worker Shauna and reminding him about the conversation he had at my home in front of my son and a security camera. I never heard from him. Confirming my perception of this company.
.Update: Scott called me this morning and left messages, wanting to have a conversation about my experiences and review. I appreciate his efforts. Scott emailed me and called six times. I feel that he truly read my review listened to my words, his apology was sincere and I’m hoping that Carey and Walsh will change my first impressions of them.

I called Friday and appointment set for Monday. I needed a pressure valve changed. Helder was efficient, knowledgeable, respectful and answered all our questions about heater and water heater. He even gave suggestions. This company is on top of a customer's needs.

Carey & Walsh installed the HVAC systems when our house was built in 2018. Ever since day one, we had constant issues with the units even though they were brand new. One unit was installed incorrectly and led to many issues during the winter. We had other HVAC companies look at the unit to tell us they wouldn’t service the units given how it was installed. We went to C&W for a maintenance contract because the issues were so prevalent, the repairmen came over so frequently that I basically learned the HVAC trade and I was able to diagnose the frequent issues myself. C&W eventually had to change the HVAC setup for us, but the unit continued to have issues. The repairmen are great, customer service is severely lacking. We found a new HVAC firm with much better customer service and they are considerably cheaper (40%) cheaper in terms of annual maintenance contract and services.

They’ve always met or exceeded my expectations in service repairs and preventative maintenance.
The technicians are always polite and professional and they posses the knowledge required to get the job done. They are very mindful of keeping the work area neat and clean.
I always get a call prior to arrival. Prices are reasonable.
Great company to trust you heating and cooling systems to.

My air conditioning unit leaked from my attic through the ceiling into my bedroom. It was installed and regularly maintained each year by Carey and Walsh, including just 2 months prior to the leak. It turned out the drainage pipe was clogged and backed up (which inspection was included on my maintenance bill). No explanation or apology from Carey & Walsh for the damage to my ceiling.......but to add insult to injury, they charged me for the repair visit!!!!

I struck a curb in front of Carey and Walsh this weekend and blew out my tire. They signaled me up the driveway, 3 nice gentleman changed my tire, put on the spare and sent me on my way....and wouldn’t accept a penny. How very kind. Thank you for helping a total stranger in need.
