Cottam was at my home the other day to install a ductless heating and AC unit. The work was impeccable and the technician, I believe his name was Blake, was the ultimate professional. When I asked a question, and there many, he didn’t hesitate to answer and he explained things in a way even I could understand. He was by himself and we were amazed at his skill and efficiency. It started getting late and I just figured he’d clean up and come back the next day. Nope. He stayed until the job was complete. I don’t have words to describe how this young man worked and could not be happier with the result. 5 stars is an insult and 100 isn’t enough. I would recommend Cottam to anyone without hesitation. Thank you Cottam and Blake (hope I got his name) for the fantastic job. I almost forgot they were here a year ago when my daughter spotted water leaking from the attic. We had moved into the house in January and this was our first time using the central AC. We called late on Saturday and the same tech who did the previously mentioned installation showed up around 9:00 am Sunday. Crawled into the attic found the problem, guys that had done some work in the attic prior to us moving in broke a drain pipe causing the leak. Blake addressed the leak and was in and out in well under an hour, he also replaced a filter in the AC unit, no charge. The cost in my opinion was way less then I had expected. Again just great.

Recently had my line set replaced, Hector and Nick did an awesome thorough, professional job. They were knowledgeable and explained what needed to be done and knew how to avoid the problem from happening again.
I am a customer for many years and highly recommend Gary and his crew.

I'm a bit late with this review but the exceptional service they provided can't go without a review. From the initial estimate, to the 2nd visit they requested just to ensure that everyone was on the same page to the quality of the work. I can't thank Cottam enough for the service they provided me compared to all the other estimates I received which exceeded $20,000. Joey and James who were the installers / consultants on the job in addition to the Project Manager whose name I can not recall as of this review were all spot on. Based on what I experienced with the company prior to reaching out to Cottam, they were heaven sent. I highly recommend this company based on the service I received from them and will reach out to them for all my boiler needs in addition to the Split Air System I am looking to install in my home. I can only hope that everyone's else experience is the same as mine if not better.

First time home owner here. Anthony Zeo from Cottam came out for a service check and graciously took the time to answer all of my questions and explain the ins-and-outs of the air-conditioning and heating systems in our new home, which I really appreciate. We have been Cottam customers since they initially installed our HVAC system about ten years ago. We have a twice yearly maintenance contract with Cottam. Our last service was on January 24th. The service technician was Juan whom we had not met before. He is a kind gentleman with an excellent knowledge of our equipment, and got the maintenance done expertly and quickly while explaining to us what he was doing, and how the equipment worked. I highly recommend him.

George and David did a somewhat complicated installation of a toe-kick heating system in my kitchen, and they did it with the real skill of professionals who took the trouble to get it exactly right. They stayed around to make sure it worked, and they cleaned up perfectly. I would have no hesitation calling Cottam Heating and Air Conditioning for all my hot/cold needs.

David and Tomas just serviced our A/C units and they were fantastic. Extremely thorough, courteous and professional. They’re working so well now, just in time for the Summer heat!
