I can’t say enough about this business!!! Extremely professional, prompt and very polite! You would never know they installed anything because they cleaned up every single thing. The unit is incredible. I told my husband for the first time in years I’ve slept comfortably due to the temperature in my room. We will be using them again next year when we redo our second floor. Highly recommend!!!!!

I am in the construction business myself and I was truly impressed by Iceberg Mechanical. Paul and his team did exactly what we agreed. Any surprise was solved right away. They had to cut through plaster walls, which is usually a messy job but they guys made it look easy and clean right away. They took the time to do a good job, using high quality products and making sure that everything worked fine. If I had another house to install a split system in, I would not hesitate for a moment calling Paul and his team again.

I have used Iceberg Mechanical for years to service my Ductless Split A/C units and have found them to be very knowledgeable and trustworthy. Recently I upgraded to a new, more efficient system and hired Iceberg for the installation. While another contractor was a bit less in price, I found the contracts were not apples to apples and Iceberg caught a few things the other contractor did not think about. The crew was neat and courteous. This is a well run company that I highly recommend.

Iceberg Mechanical did a fantastic job installing three Mitsubishi ductless split units into our condo! We found Iceberg Mechanical on Mitsubishi’s website and reached out for a quote to install a new system. We scheduled a walk though and Paul arrived on time. We then had a quote in hand by the date promised. The Iceberg team provided clear communication though the install and the system work’s great. Iceberg was professional and responsive in assisting me with my furnace issue. they first tried to diagnose the issue and came back several times to troubleshoot when the system was not giving us a straight answer. After we decided on a new furnace entirely, they were very quick to order, take delivery of, and install the system inside a week. I would recommend them for your heating/AC issues.

We needed to replace 3 PTAC units in a condo unit. A multi-zone ductless system made the most sense, and Paul walked us through the entire process. The team was extremely knowledgeable, professional and responsive. They helped design, install, and ultimately remove the old units. I would recommend them to anyone with no reservations. We will be happily using them for maintenance of our system for many years to come.

Paul and his crew did an amazing job installing mini splits in our unit. They are pro, timely, don’t cut corners and they ensure that the job is done well, beginning to end. Highly recommend

Iceberg performed a system removal from my inside and outside of our Brooklyn apartment. Their owner Paul was very communicative, honest, and professional. Paul was very prompt supplying insurance and training documents to satisfy building board requests. The service techs were polite, professional, and took much care to their work and cleanliness. I would recommend them for your HVAC needs.

Iceberg Mechanical did an outstanding job installing a split ductless system in my duplex apartment. It was a little bit of a logistic challenge due to the unusual layout but Paul (the owner) and his crew tackled the challenge expertly.

I was impressed with the way that the installers respected my home. They had to cut a few access holes in drywall to run refrigerant lines and electric and they took great care in protecting furniture with drop cloths and even vacuumed while cutting to keep dust down. At the end of each day the crew cleaned up after themselves so well that you would never have known they were there.

After the install was completed, they repaired and painted the drywall so well that I would not have been able to tell where the cuts were if I hadn’t seen them myself.

The Mitsubishi system itself is fantastic. I was (and still am) blown away by how quiet the interior air handlers are and even the outdoor unit runs incredibly quietly. I love the ability to control the units remotely via Mitsubishi’s kumo cloud app.

I got a few quotes for this job and to be honest, Iceberg was not the cheapest. But they were the ones who I felt most confident about their ability to handle it the job. After seeing the quality of work they did, I feel like I made the right choice. Everyone at Iceberg was a pleasure to deal with and it’s sadly not often you get to say that about a contractor.
