TriStar Commercial HVAC Solutions provided us with a mini-split system at a very reasonable price. Their work was so good that I'm probably going to use them for all of my HVAC needs now. From start to finish, the execution was flawless. They were on time for everything; they were communicative/responsive throughout; and, out of courtesy and respect, they were mindful of shoe covers inside the house, masks, and other items. I would strongly suggest them to anyone.

I called TriStar Commercial HVAC Solutions office to discuss options for service and appointment times, everyone was so helpful and courteous. Jason showed up to the appointment early, gave us plenty of notice to arrive at the house. He communicated every step of the way. Jason quickly diagnosed our problem and provided options to repair the system. He advised us of some upcoming potential problems and how to get a few years out of our old ac units. Overall this company is fantastic.

TriStar Commercial HVAC Solutions did the annual service on our heating system and thought a part should be replaced. A week or so later, the part which was faulty was replaced efficiently and quickly. They gave me a clear explanation of what they were doing and why it needed to be done. Would highly recommend them.

Amazing customer service, very polite and they listen to your needs. They replace the new heater unit on the building roof, they took care of all city and state permits, crane, old unit disposal and they finance my project. Highly recommended.
