The Cool Factory Heating & Cooling

I called so many other companies so my ac can get maintenance everyone was booked and charging a fee to come out without servicing the system. So I called the cool factory the guy came out within a hour from my phone call serviced my problem within 10 minutes and the job was perfectly done and back working. I highly recommend this company and would call again if I had any other issues!

Dave did an incredible job, going above and beyond taking an extra trip out for additional parts. He was prompt and very easy to talk to. Highly recommend!

Dave with The Cool Factory did an amazing job! He was extremely prompt and easy to communicate with. We just purchased our home and he cleaned and serviced our furnace and installed a new thermostat. He went above and beyond. He looked over the house to determine the best locations for the new thermostat and went through the hassle of running the wire through the wall instead of simply drilling and running the wire up the wall. The end result looks great and functions flawlessly. He has definitely gained a life long customer! We will be recommending him to anyone that needs HVAC repairs in the future.

My 30+ year old AC unit decided to stop working on a 90° day. I did not have much hope on it getting looked at quickly, or even be able to be fixed. But I called The Cool Factory, and they called back soon after and said they can come out that day after a nearby job.

They stopped by an hour later and looked at the unit. I was waiting to be told it was too old to be fixed. But instead they opened it up, found a faulty part. They went back to the shop and came back soon after and fixed it. I was very pleased with the service.

There was no pressure to buy a whole new unit, or up sale talk. Very professional and promt. I will remember The Cool Factory for future needs, and recommend them.

I used Dave to replace both my ac and heating. Excellent work!!! Respectful, honest, and knowledgeable. It is very hard to find good work these days and he exceeded all expectations. I would highly recommend to my family and friends. They have found a customer for life!!!!

I would absolutely recommend this company to everyone. Dave was great! I needed someone in an emergency situation and he was there within 20 minutes! He finished the job quickly, was easy to communicate with and was very fair with his pricing!

We were without power⚡ and heat beginning the morning of Friday 12/23/22 . Power wasn't restored until the following Monday😢. When we returned to our home🏡 that Tuesday we realized that though we had had power, our furnance was running but not igniting🔥. Dave at The Cool Factory Heating & Cooling was referred by a friend. I had already called around and the earliest anyone was able to get to us was 7 days out😳!! I thought for sure Dave was going to have a similar timeline, given the circumstance❄️. I gave him a call and left a voicemail. He called me back within 5 minutes and said he could be here in an hour or so. He got here in less than 45 minutes! Even with roads as bad as they were! Not only that, but after testing a few things he had our furnance running again in less than an hour⏱️! He was a life saver! He was proffessional, fast, efficent, and affordable!💰
