He was very knowledgeable, quick and good at explaining everything about my AC unit since I am a new homeowner. The process was super quick and he didn't pressure any sales. He gave honest recommendations based on the age of my unit. I will highly recommended for any HVAC needs.

I recently had my HVAC system serviced by Heating and Cooling Services. I cannot say enough positive things about the service, professionalism and knowledge of the service techs. They always come out same day and are very professional. I never feel like we were overcharged for any work done on our unit. We highly recommend this company to others!

Seems like some people get real technicians, but a scam for me. tried to sell me on a yearly service plan, and scheduled a visit for the same day. Then the same number called back to reschedule a week later.

I called back (missed their call) and another person said no one from their number had called. Very shady / seems like a scam

The tech was very friendly and informative. He thoroughly explained the issue and gave us good advice on how to avoid problems in the future. I have been using this company for years and they are very reliable and honest!

Dave came out and fixed an issue a previous plumber messed up on our hot water expansion tank, also did maintenance on our AC and furnace unit. A representative called me back the next day and scheduled an appointment for a reasonable time in the future. The morning of the appointment, the technician called to let me know that he was on the way. He was right on time. He was professional, explained things in a simple manner without making me feel stupid, and cleaned up after himself when he was done. Thank you!
