This place is wonderful! The staff is beyond knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. The showroom is very impressive and whatever they don't have there, the staff is more than willing to work with you patiently to get what you need. Love being able to go here for my industrial needs!

I’ve been using Grainger for about 3 months now after having my business for over 9 years. I regret not using them earlier. I ordered a tool from them that was about $600 and FedEx delivered it to the wrong house and I called Grainger and was on the phone for all of 5 minutes and they sent a replacement tool no questions asked.

FedEx still has yet to respond to me and I contacted them first. Thank you Grainger. And the Elmsford store has yet to disappoint. Great team there!

Store was clean well maintained and has a good amount of inventory on hand. Good for the do it yourself type stuff. Staff is usually friendly and helpful. However it takes FOREVER when you buy something there. It doesnt matter what time of day it is. They deliver stuff faster then I'd you wait on a line to check out. I dont know if it's just bad luck I have or what but it's very annoying and only go there when I'm desperate now.

Well for this one I might be a bit biased love Granger.. I've actually never had a problem with anything I needed now if they couldn't find what I needed they told me where to get it true professionals company purchases a lot of items from Grainger and it's always a very good experience but that's my opinion you decide

Great place to get those industrial parts you just can't get at a typical hardware store. Fast service, knowledgeable staff.

Ordered a broken A/C capacitor replacement in the morning. Quick curbside pickup an hour later under COVID guidelines. I was home and had it installed within two hours. Efficiency was much appreciated on a day in the upper 80s!

I could not find a 440v capacitor for my central air conditioning anywhere locally. In fact some of the places I called (I won't name them) told me they only sold to licensed contractors - really? There's enough youtube videos to help you troubleshoot and fix your HVAC system yourself, so why not sell to homeowners? Anyway, I called Grainger and the agent I talked to was first of all one of the nicest people and was genuinely interested in helping me find what I needed - and it was only a $20 part. They have real-time inventory checks (which I later found they have on their website) and let me know that if they don't in fact have it, they can get it usually within a day. I can just tell by this interaction that this is a great company. Thank you!

Picked up a generator during major area outage. Loaded in my car by Grainger and secured. Very friendly and helpful!!
