This is the third time I have used this company for a furnace/AC replacement. And once again, they exceeded my expectations. I called another local company to get a quote and they gave me an astronomical quote and said it would take 2 days to complete the job. For what I was quoted, I could have purchased a brand new unit. After doing some research online, I found Aire Serv and called them. They were able to come out the next day to do an estimate and provided me

I called the day before a heat wave was due, and for a service call that was $90, they came out to repair my AC at the same time! I thought it was a bit much but figured if they could fix it right away, who cares. They came out to my house and did an awesome job fixing my A/C. I will be using them in the future and would recommend them to anyone.

The technician who arrived was really courteous and explained everything he was doing. He demonstrated to me how much refrigerant he was adding and warned me there was a leak and that I should have it fixed quickly. I strongly advise employing them to fix your heating and air conditioning issues.

I called at 5pm on a Friday, and I was able to get an appointment the next day. The technician was on time and very friendly. He explained everything that he was doing, and even taught me how to save energy by changing my thermostat. I'm very satisfied with the service!

When I called Miller's Heating & Air Conditioning the receptionist answered. She was polite and explained the process in detail. She was able to schedule the appointment during a time frame that fit my schedule. The office called when the technician was on the way so I could leave work and meet the him on site. Jeff arrived and he respected my home during the diagnosis. Since he had the part on his vehicle has was able to make the repair during the appointment and we had heat before he left. The AC quit at the hottest time of day and within 3 hours it was perfectly fixed. From phone call to our technician having our unit back up and running. Miller's Heating & Air Conditioning was able to set up an appointment almost immediately to come look at our mini split system that was icing up. The technician quickly diagnosed the primary issue and was able to fix the problem and get things working again. He was friendly and helpful giving us tips to perform and things to watch out for in the future. We will call them back again if we have any future heating or cooling issues.

We recently had you out to fix our air conditioner that was not working on literally the hottest day of the year. Your technician was fantastic. He explained exactly what was wrong as well as sharing other observations we needed to be thinking about. I am beginning to understand why my wife is such a believer in Miller's Heating & Air Conditioning Inc. Great job and I hope all technicians are as competent, friendly and personable as Mike.

After three days without heat, it was refreshing to see this guys. They arrived when I was told that they would. They worked diligently to install our new heating system. They explained everything and ensured that we were comfortable with the new system and what we were required to do. I would gladly recommend them and this company to anyone.
