We estimated with Jimmy Martinez of With Pride. Jimmy is very knowledgeable and extremely professional! The estimate came in on target. The installers are very neat and hard working. The installation was done in one long day. 2 condensers, 3 ceiling cassettes and one wall mount. My wife, Geri & I, can not believe how quickly the wall mount unit brings up the temperature (heat) in just a few minutes. Looking forward to using the AC.
In addition to the excellent installation service, Lucas, the supervisor and another installer, followed up to tweak the installation of the PVC drainage in the attic. Jimmy is extremely helpful in setting up the application, with me, for a PSEG rebate.
In addition, the office staff, Maricela in particular, was extremely helpful in setting up the manufacturers warranty.
Overall, very very happy and highly recommend With Pride.

From estimate to installation, our experience with this company was seamless. Each person we encountered was kind, professional, responsive and above all helpful. Our estimate was upfront, honest and fair. They installed a series of ductless AC’s (I.e. wall mounted AC’s) and honestly I didn’t have to worry about anything. They came in and took care of every detail. (They didn’t even leave a mess behind from installation!) We did some research on their product and it’s all top of the line. I will like to start saying that With Pride Ac always made me feel I was their priority. Jimmy the person who lead my project, was picking up the phone, sending me txt back and forth and helping me with the village permits. Jimmy was nothing but nice, attentive and always replying my messages with responses to all my questions and concerns; I found this valuable since I didn't know nothing about AC systems and the fact that even in his busy days he gives his best to keep a happy costumer happier. The day of the installation went smoothly, the crew arrived, and Rodolfo led it, they were very respectful of my house, they were really good with the cleaning afterward. The did and AMAZING job, the vents are well placed through the house, I was there in the AM, and they explained to me where and how all the ducts were going. Gekiesha, the representative on the phone was very thorough in having me understand the coverage I was buying for an apartment I just purchased in Boca Raton Florida. I purchased the policy with the extended warranty. I had a plumbing issue that was covered, and had a plumber come to my home. Louis came on time and said I needed a part. He must have ordered it right away because when i called soon after I was able to make an appointment for him to come back and do the repair. He was right on time again. He did a great job. He had to go out to turn the water on/off several times. He worked on it until he was satisfied the water was flowing correctly. We are very satisfied with the service we received.

From the estimate to the installation this company was phenomenal! They were so friendly and helpful. The installation crew worked professionally and left everything so clean. Our unit looks incredible and works like a dream. I cannot recommend this company enough!

Recently had to have our old air conditioner replaced and they were able to come in no time. The men who came were polite, courteous, and very very clean. They made sure to cover all areas they were working and even vacuumed before they left! The price was fantastic and the new unit works better then we could imagine. They installed American standard and it’s the best!!!

Installed a ductless system for my basement. Excellent job, professional work. Cleaned up with not one thing for me to do. I Would highly recommend. Price was extremely competitive.

I have been doing business with Pride AC form over 15 years, They have maintained both of my properties in Boynton Beach and my Mothers apt. in Lauderdale Lakes Florida. They have also installed and backed up 2 Air Conditioners at both of my properties. They are reliable, courteous and always professional. Their business manager Stepanhie has over and over made sure my every need was met in a timely fashion. I would highly recommend their service to anyone looking form "GREAT SERVICE "

About 7 years ago I had Mike Dolan, the owner at the time replace my hot water tank/ AC and heat in my house. we were very happy with his service, was always reachable and stood behind his product. We continued to pay the annual maintenance to upkeep our system. Over the past yea we started noticing a decline in service. they would forget to come to our house to do the maintenance we were paying for and when they did come they would send us bills which we had never received before... at the beginning of winter we were having some issues with our boiler so we called With Pride to come fix it (the issue was that randomly it would shut off and need to be reset by pressing a button). they had someone come to visit our home and said they fixed it. a few days later the same thing happened and they said they had fixed it and it was working I explained to them that it also worked when I did that but needed a real fix. they sent someone again that did the same thing. the times it was breaking were getting more frequent and so I asked them to send someone else and really get to the core issue. anyway long story short they weren't sending people they weren't returning calls and my family (4 kids, one being a newborn baby) were in a freezing house for 5 days. they said they would send someone over the weekend and then nobody showed. Finally Monday they apologized and sent someone.

Recently I was speaking with a friend of mine that I had recommended them to him years ago and he started telling me he was having issues with the company as well. I did some more research and was told that Mike sold this company and it is new management guess that explains the changes I experienced. also, as far as the bills they billed me for many of these visits even though I was told I wouldn't be. I have tried calling numerous times and sending emails but nobody has gotten back to me they just keep sending bills and have not returned any of my calls.

terrible customer service! so many other good companies out there don't go with this one needless to say we will not be renewing our annual contract!

I recently spoke with a gentleman whom I assumed to be the head of the AC Service Department-Irving Hernandez. I had been having problems regulating my AC Thermostat and Humidistat. He understood exactly what I was talking about and took the time to carefully and patiently explain how to deal with the problem. He treated me both respectfully and professionally. It was the clearest explanation I have gotten from any of the service personnel I have spoken with and it's gone a long way towards my having a much fuller understanding of how to rectify the problem I have been having.
