Comfort Zone

Five stars are not a high enough rating for this company. Steve and team installed a ductless system in our cabin 2 years ago. When we had a problem with the outdoor unit they stood behind the equipment going above and beyond what Trane offered for a warranty to replace the entire unit instead of just the compressor. Great communication and very pleasant to work with. I highly recommend Comfort Zone!

I got home from work around 5 pm to find my furnace wasn't working and called to ask for help. The receptionist said "I'm going to have to pass." I did not appreciate this lack of professionalism during a challenging time.

Steve and his team installed 3 AC units in our home. Comfort Zone has been great to work with. Their pricing was fair and the workmanship was outstanding. They wore protective gear were appropriate and cleaned up after themselves every day before leaving. The units are are working just the way Steve told me they would. They were considerate to my wife and family while working and stayed until the job was done. I would highly!! recommend them for any HVAC needs. Thank you Steve and team.

Very pleased with the service we received from Comfort Zone. Steve and Susan Baldwin kept us in the loop with telephone calls regarding the install of our Air Conditioning. We are very impressed with the professionalism, neatness of the staff! So quiet we didn't even know they were in the house!! We would highly recommend the Company to friends and neighbors.

Professional, polite service. Even though it is a busy time (winter), I received was able to have my boiler system fixed on the same day that I called. Steve took the time to explain the equipment to me as he searched for the problem. I will not only call for more service, I will recommend Comfort Zone to friends and family!

Good individualized customer service. They sell very reliable products at affordable prices. Its a sm family business so their service area may be smaller than much larger businesses. Count yourself lucky if you live within their area.

From first phone call to end of job, workers care about time, work quality and cleanliness. Our job, when compared to others, show best products used, smallest details taken care of neatly and we are sure we received the best bang for our buck. In past we needed service on our old system ,they would respond even if it was quitting time. Seems that the workers have same ethics as Steve. I would never check anyone else if I need work. I have been through two furnaces ,a new air-conditioning system and years later replaced an air conditioning with them they are very reliable and caring. I think I have been with them over ten years and never doubted them.

Great business. I have had a couple of no heat calls in the dead of winter including Christmas eve and they were prompt in getting the job done with very knowledgeable technicians. Reasonably priced with the job done right the first time. Five star for sure...
