Hometown Heating & Cooling

Hometown Heating & Cooling recently installed a new furnace and A/C unit at our home. The next week we had them install a new hot water tank. They are a great company to do business with! Jim kept us informed every step of the way. The employees were very professional and cleaned up after themselves! (I hate when I have to clean up after contractors especially when I just paid them a lot of money to do the job!) I would highly recommend Hometown Heating & Cooling!

The two gentlemen that came out for maintenance told us the furnace was in good repair and did not try to talk us into anything
unneeded. They were very courteous and professional. Hometown and its service people deserve the high ratings they receive.

I personally know Scott and Jim. They are both the "do anything for you if they can" kind of guys. Scott has been in the HVAC field for over 10 years now. You honestly can't go wrong with these guys!!! I myself have had work done as have 2 of my immediate neighbors. Clean and a pleasure to have in the house!!!! Will definitely be using Hometown again!!!

These guys are terrific! After a local competitor told me I needed to replace my boiler for thousands of dollars, Scott took a look and was able to repair it instead for a completely reasonable and fair price. He was on time, easy to schedule and communicate with, super nice, and left the place spotless. When some unexpected additional work was needed he went above and beyond the extra mile to make sure everything was running at 100%. I am a landlord who deals with contractors of all stripes on a fairly constant basis, and Scott is absolutely a delight to work with. His honesty, fairness, and excellent customer service are truly a cut above the rest, and I can't recommend him highly enough. Thanks Scott!

Jim and his crew came out to replace our furnace and central air. Our furnace was over 20 years old and needed to be replaced before winter, our a/c wasn't as old, but we felt we should have both replaced at the same time. There was no pressure from Jim to replace it when he came out to give us a quote. They did the install quickly and neatly, even though they encountered some trouble due to previous poorly done installation of our air. They went over and above in correcting the problem, having to take out and add new duct work. They are highly qualified and honest. I recommend them highly to anyone needing work or installation.

These guys were terrific! I replaced a gas boiler with a forced air furnace and air conditioning, including duct install. They were professional and did a beautiful job. The house was spotless when they were finished, They completed the job in 2 and 1/2 days! On top of that, the price was great. I would highly recommend them for a quality job at a fair price.

We had a great experience with this company. Knowledgeable, friendly, and caring. When our furnace went out Hometown juggled around their schedule to get our new furnace installed asap. They even provided electric heaters to get us through the night. Jim was a pleasure to work with. He answered all my questions with ease. Totally recommend.

Hometown Heating and Cooling is simply amazing. I didn't think companies like this existed anymore -- everything you could ask for in a contractor and then some: responsive, knowledgeable, and honest. A co-worker had recommended them, so when my furnace quit, I called them. They came within two hours and had it running again in no time. Turns out it was a simple fix, but what do I know about HVAC systems? They could have sold me a bill of goods, but that's just it: they didn't. I had them back to clean my furnace and A/C and install a condensate pump. Great service, very reasonable rates. I'm sold. These guys are super. Hardworking, smart, and sincere. And their prices are terrific. They are also just really nice people. I'm so glad I found them!

We had a tank-less hot water tank, new ac and new furnace installed by them at the end of June. We had 4 quotes from other businesses and my husband and I chose them because they seemed like the best choice. Something about them just felt like we were in good hands. They did an excellent job...they were professional, honest and informative. I would call them again in a heartbeat for any future heating/cooling work- great company!
