Beware (See photo) They were in my unit for less than an hour after going to the wrong address (somewhere in Brooklyn). When the tech arrived he was nice but he used a piece of cardboard from my trash and a wrench to make the repair. He was here for less than an hour. I received the bill below and I called to chat with them about it and they said “4 hours is their minimum” and it was for “travel time”. I’ve been in the real estate industry for a long time, these guys will not last. Go elsewhere

If I could give 0 I would. Van driver #50 almost caused a 4 car accident and cursed and screamed at drivers. He needs to be fired before he kills someone. Incident occurred 9/3 outside Holland tunnel
