I had use them last year with a similar problem which they diagnosed as no low freon which they charged us $410 for 1 pound then 1 month later they had to come back and diagnose a clogged filter drier which they replace at cost of $850. I had called and complained to them that I thought I was overcharged but no one from the company seemed to care. Today different people came and diagnosed low freon again I told the gentlemen that it seems similar to last year resolution which i told him Ididn't want repeated. I asked if they could call their boss if they could at least deduct dispatch fee of $110 and put in freon.
He returned to tell me that he could reach anyone and could not remove dispatch fee. I asked to put in freon and I would dispute price with his office. He proceeded to leave and told me to find a different company, which I will.

I was extremely pleased with the work Rightway did with replacing a leaking heating coil on my hydronic heating system. The guys were very professional and did a clean job. In addition, the price I paid was far more reasonable than that quoted by another HVAC firm recommended by a few others on the group chat used by residents in my town.

Today was our first time using Rightway Air Conditioning, LLC
for our Ductless AC unit and we couldn't be happier! We got great service from the very start in speaking with Victoria she was great!! Then later when Bobby and Kevin showed up they were prompt, courteous, efficient, Knowledgeable and all in all did a great job. We have no hesitation in recommending Rightway Air Conditioning, LLC.

Stay away their service is the worst at one time they were great but they lost a key person in the office and nobody has the respect to return a call been trying for 3 weeks now. So do yourself a favor and find another company i signed a maintenance agreement now im demanding my money back
