Central installed our 3rd High Efficiency Lennox Gas Forced Air Heating system in Sept, 2022 - first two systems were installed in Jan. 2020. Nice professional installs. Savings in cost in our budget bill from National Grid is 28%. We received two $600 rebates from National Grid and $750 is coming for the latest install. I highly recommend Central Air to work with and do an outstanding installation. They also installed my Lennox Central Air Conditioning back in 2005 and the unit is still working great.

This is the second A/C unit Central Air Systems has installed in our home. We had a Lenox mini-split installed in our basement in 2020. It was time to replace our 24 year old central air system and we purchased a Bosch unit this time. Greg, the sales engineer explained our options, what the job entailed and answered all of our questions. There was no pressure to buy and he later emailed us all of the quotes we asked for so we had time to decide what would best work for us. The team that installed the system was great. They showed up when they said they would, did not leave any mess, and took the time to explain how the new system/thermostat worked. We are very pleased, once again, with Central Air Systems and would not hesitate to recommend them.

Couldn't be happier with our Central Air Systems experience! This team is very professional and identified the problem right away! The heat was not kicking on because our furnace needed to be replaced. Central Air Systems had the furnace ordered within the hour and it was installed the next day. The whole process was very seamless. Definitely would recommend this company, they were wonderful.

We decided to use Central Air Systems for a new Bosch heat pump after a recommendation from a friend. We were very pleased with how the project was handled from start to finish. The crew always cleaned up at the end of everyday day. The were very accommodating with a few requests we had on the placement of the new unit and some of the vent locations. They system works excellent, better than I expected.

Installation of a new HVAC system went smoothly. Professional workmen and clean up was done by crew. No one would have known the work that was done in the attic all day. Highly recommend this company and their employees (office staff as well as installation crew)

I wish more contractors operated like this company. Honest, on time, and professional. The job cost exactly what they said it would (no hidden fees), the service was installed quickly (half a day) and they left zero mess behind. As a tradesman myself I looked at the work and I couldn’t have done it better. Icing on the cake is the high efficiency of the heating and cooling system. It’s cheaper to run this entire system than one of our old air conditioning units.

Just wanted to say my husband and I are happy with how everything came out. Your workers were really excellent. They were very respectful, professional & went out of their way to clean up (way more than other companies would, got on their hands and knees to wipe the floors etc). They also walked me through every single thing they did and then offered to do the same for my husband when he came home (even though it was already past 5pm). I would especially like to highlight Larry & James who were very friendly & helpful. These are the type of workers that would absolutely make me refer a company. We are excited to test everything out when it gets warmer
