Jay (owner) responded immediately when I called because my 88-year old mom's heating broke down just before Thanksgiving. He diagnosed the issue and got a replacement part and installed right away. Very professional, reasonable and fast. Highly recommend.

I live in Airmont and my heat stopped working in the middle of the night on Saturday 1/22/22, which was like a 15° night. I was able to get the owner of Air Medic, Jay, on the phone on Sunday morning at 7a; By 9a, he was at my house working on my furnace. He was very thorough and had a direct conversation with me about the problem and remedy. When he left two hours later, my heat was cranking. He even stopped back in subsequent days to tweak some other issues he noticed, which was the result of poor installation by Abbey Sheet Metal. I would highly recommend working with Jay at Air Medic.
