Called Alex Heating & Air Conditioning for a new installation. They did exactly what was quoted on there proposal. very professional from start to finish could have not been happier with the company.
I will definitely use them for my next project.

Just worked with Alex heating and air conditioning I’ve been having constant service issues with my system my prior company they told me it was unrepairable Alex heating came in diagnosed repaired it and had it running within 30 minutes for a fair price we’ll definitely be using them again extremely professional company

FRAUD FRAUD FRAUD run as fast as possible.

We engaged John Ricevuto from Alex HVAC to install a mini split in house and paid him half the money on the contract. However subsequently given the overall total cost we discussed and mutually agreed to cancel the agreement and for him to refund the monies. It has been more than three months since the last time we spoke and he has stopped picking up our calls.

The address mentioned on the site is also incorrect as that office was vacated sometime around the start of Covid, in short this is a sham.

John and his team are consummate professionals. He does a thorough inspection and scoping visit with customers and then goes over many ideas to make your project better. The work on site is done with excellent workmanship, clean and safe. After the work is complete John follows up to see how it is operating and he is always available by phone to answer questions. This is our go to Company for heating and cooling from now on. Thanks John!!!

Unbelievably unprofessional service. I hired Alex Heating & AC to install central AC in our house about two years ago. They did the work, which looked decedent enough at the time. But when it came time to get the permits, they completely ghosted us. Nothing. No response whatsoever. I spent about a year calling, emailing, sending letters—nothing. The architect that the owner, John Ricevuto, recommended to help with the permits couldn’t even get in touch with him.

Then, I thought I was going to have to spend several thousand more dollars to get another contractor to certify the work. But the new contractor came by and refused to certify because it was done so poorly. On top of that, the unit leaked from the attic into our bedroom destroying our ceiling and light fixture. Now, I have to pay another contractor another $15-$20k to rip everything out and start from scratch. Needless to say, steer clear.

Horrible service! The installed our central air system a few years ago... maybe 5 years ago. Since then, getting them to do the annual service has been worse than pulling teeth. Usually multiple calls until someone finally calls you back. This past week was the straw that broke the camels back. Our AC stopped working on Wednesday afternoon. Immediately call the number listed, got some sort of call center who took our info and stated someone would return our call promptly. The following morning at approximately 1100, we still had not received a call. I called the number again, spoke to another call center person and told them our problem. They proceeded to tell me someone would get back to me. I told them I wanted to hear something by 3:30 or I was contacting someone else. 3:30 came and went... still no call. Made one last attempt and when I asked when I would here from them, they again told me they didn't have that information. Well, my AC is now working... no thanks to Alex Heating and Air conditioning. I will NOT use them again. Bottom line, Alex Heating and Air Conditioning SUCK.

PS... I still have HEARD FROM THEM

We just had to have our whole AC system replaced and called Alex's.
They came and got to work and had to spend hrs.in the attic and outside unit. They were so polite and hard working.They cleaned everything up,swept the floors and garage.They made the process so easy. My pup fell in love with all of them.,I fell in love with the Cold air...Great job fellas.

I live in Larchmont and Have used alex heating and a/c for over 8 years alex and John have helped me in many ways being a new home owner I was overwhelmed with options and prices John talked me through each option and even came to the house twice answered every question I had once we decided on a system alex and his team installed the new system in the time which was specified were very clean drop cloths everywhere in the end the new system was perfected they reconfigured some duct work and re-insulated everything my bill even dropped considerably I’ve since moved to a new house in Larchmont John again designed 3 new ac and heating systems for me I cannot be any happier will continue to used alex heating and ac in the future
