I would highly recommend Ernie and his team . His prices where great but more importantly his guys were professional and courteous. They installed 5 units and completed the job in one day. When they left it was like they weren't here. They covered everything with plastic so the dust from the drilling wouldn't get on anything and left the house just like they found. Ernie is a great guy to deal with and a man of his word. I will highly recommend him to family and friends

Erni & his team are great. Fast response, knowledgeable and professional. Called to come clean out my Mitsubishi unit after it backed up, and saved the day. They went above and beyond to make sure it was working properly before they left and educated me on how to care for it going forward.

Erny is the nicest, most easy going and proficient guy. He came in and fixed our 3 AC/heating units with ease and efficiency. I will be calling on him any time I have HVAC needs in the future. Really awesome work and customer service. 10 out of 10! ♥️

My first experience with ASE I was out of town and my son called and said the AC was on the fritz on the hottest day of the summer, I needed a vendor on short notice, who I could trust coming into my home while I was away, I expressed all concerns to Erni when I called. Erni told me he would provide his technicians names and anything I would need to make me feel at ease. The professionalism, cleanliness and overall attention to detail his team displayed is something that many contractors talk about but only a select few can deliver on. Erni delivered, he did not hit us with some exorbitant emergency call fee. Moreover his team is as cordial and polite as he is. I have lived in this home since 1966 and Erni is the only HVAC team I will ever use. It is refreshing to have contractors out there taking care of the community as they in turn would like to be taken care of if the roles were reversed.

ASE is one of the most outstanding HVAC companies I’ve ever come across. As a senior property manager in NYC it was challenging finding a reliable and professional HVAC team. ASE led by Ernie was welcomed by many of our tenants and once they demonstrated their ability to diagnose a problem quickly and their effeciancy to fix them it was clear to me that I didn’t need to look any further.

The guys from ASE were able to come to me within 24 hours and they were extremely knowledgeable and professional. I had a very dirty system and it was a very hard job but they got it done quickly and efficiently. They actually saved my condenser from dying which would have cost me thousands of dollars. Even my shy cat Mikey liked them! I give them an A+!

Superior, excellent, knowledgeable, responsive, honest, prompt and committed. This group knows their stuff! They are technically superior to our other HVAC company in every way. They did a very large replacement of multiple AC systems which included replacing multiple air handlers and their respective condensers in a large brownstone in Brooklyn Heights. We had condensers which were on a 5th floor roof and AC air handlers that were in walls in the attic and some in the basement level. It was a very complicated process. Ernie and his team worked tirelessly until the job was complete. He also followed up daily and stopped by as the work was being done and after it was completely. These men worked extremely well together and made us feel so positive about the experience which took place during an extreme hot spell in May of this year.

I RECOMMEND THEM HIGHLY AND I AM HAPPY WE HAVE A SERVICE CONTRACT WITH THEM AS WELL. I COULDN'T BE HAPPIER WITH THEIR SERVICE AND THE OUTCOME.

I was having a lot of trouble with my unit in my upper East side townhouse. Decided to give these guys a shot and was extremely pleased with the work Erni and his crew did for me. They have been maintaining my units ever since. Very reliable and professional and would highly recommend

Erni seemed like a nice guy. When I asked him if the Nest thermostat I bought would work on my apt building's modern system he said yes. Turned out it was low voltage, etc. He said the charge would be $120. After he installed it, and left, it didn't work. He said maybe the HVAC broke just before the install. I figure out how to re-install the old thermostat from a pic Erni took of the wiring previously because he couldn't come back that same day. The HVAC system worked perfectly. Erni said it was surprising that Nest wasn't compatible, and that this has never happened before, but the $120 was for the service call. I found him on Craigslist and it was to install a working Nest thermostat, not for a service call. He wouldn't even meet me halfway on it. So I have been stung with paying all of the $120, with no compromise on his part. If it had never happened before, then his should be no big deal for him to offer all or a partial refund.
