I had 3 different companies view our HVAC unit because of a carbon monoxide “leak”. No one could get it fixed. I called Koka Tech and Emilian came the next day to meet me in the rain with his team. They checked the unit out, realized it needed some maintenance and fixed it ASAP! Emilian stayed with me for an additional hour to make sure the carbon monoxide alarm didn’t go off and he explained to me the way the system worked. It was a very informative and pleasant service call! The price was phenomenal and their service was great! He will definitely be on my speed dial list! Thank you Emilian!

Great same day service! Fast & efficient service. My motor & blower were busted & they arrived quickly & replaced them. Also cleaned up after. I would definitely use them again.

I didn't catch the name of the guy who came and fixed our AC systems, but overall he was great. He was on time, troubleshooted the issue, and ultimately fixed the problem in a timely manner. I really appreciated that he had the shoe covers, and he put them on before he walked into the apartment. That was super thoughtful and courteous as many maintenance people don't think to take their shoes off when they come in.
