It has been a pleasure working with them. From the receptionist to the plumbers everyone has been very helpful and professional. Excellent service and communication. They fixed our issues quickly and efficiently and they kept in touch throughout the entire process with updates. We look forward to working with them more. I would recommend to anyone.

Purchased "BRAND NEW" HVAC & FURNACE central air units & installation. STILL NOT WORKING CORRECTLY after 4 service calls in 6 months. AC airflow needed repair after 1 month. Had to redo pipework.Thermostat needed replacement after 3 months. NOW, the Heat (which was working when they first installed it) is short-cycling (shuts off every 7 minutes from overheating) since the AC was "fixed" which drives bill UP. They came & butchered the system & even removed my filter "to get more airflow" before blaming ductwork. They ALSO knocked the duct/vent from boiler out of place which could have been a deadly Carbon monoxide issue while "creating openings for airflow." I got lightheaded when I was in the basement after they left. They told me to call a different company to figure out duct issue. Tudor cost me thousands in cooling, heating bills & now a duct inspection of $225 an hour X 2-4 hours. I called them after a terrible flood & needed system replaced. I paid cash as insurance wouldn't cover it. They took my $ & abandoned me with a bigger issue. Not how you treat people.

Asim and the Tudor Team run a responsive, professional and highly skilled network of master tradesman. From the beginning they asked the right questions and took the proper considerations when evaluating the needs of our home for our mini split install and were able to explain the nuance of not just what we should install buy why. I like to educate myself before getting quotes to ensure that I'm not being oversold and am happy to report that they at no point tried to sell something we didn't need for the job. They were also more than accommodating in fielding any of my questions by sharing their knowledge.
During the actual install their team was polite, professional and prompt and genuinely pleasant to work with. It's clear they hold their employees to a high standard throughout their entire operation.
Where I was impressed most was despite a miscommunication around the electrical run where we accidentally ended up with an undersized line, Tudor and their electrician, NY Electrical Corp, resolved the matter promptly and without issue.
They have a gained a loyal client in me and I have already recommended them to friends and family in the area.

Tudor is the best in the field. They fixed my boiler in November 2021 and it's been running well. I think they deserve a great review. Flori and another guy both were professional and friendly, and did a great job. I highly recommend them.

This is my second time working with Tudor HVAC Mechanical, INC for my house. Last occasion, TUDOR HVAC performed maintenance on a tankless water heater (something many companies prefer not to do). I was so impressed with their work; I did not hesitate to call them to repair my ductless mini-split system. TUDOR HVAC was prompt, clean, and offered different ideas for the repair. TUDOR HVAC had to repair another company's installation. I was very happy with their communication and expertise. I even decided to upgrade the old ductless mini-split system with TUDOR HVAC. Having to choose between many proposals and companies is a daunting task, especially in NYC, but TUDOR HVAC's level of professionalism, communication, and transparency is the reason why I keep returning to this company. You won't regret working with them!

Exceptional is an understatement at the incredible service that my family and I was provided. The company is prompt and responsive, and the owner is personable which is difficult to come by. If your looking for a quality job I promise you, you don't have to look any further. Someone came in and butchered the set up of my Hvac system and the way this Tudor Hvac company came in and repaired everything is beyond my expectations. Thanks so much for your service.

I cannot recommend Tudor HVAC highly enough. Not only is their expertise top notch, but their customer service and professionalism were unlike anything I have ever experienced. They came to fix my broken heat pump/AC system and quickly realized that the compressor had fried and would require total replacement. They walked me through all of the issues, answered all of my questions, and quoted accurate prices, which they stuck to. They were flexible on scheduling a return date for the replacement job, came on time, got the job done, and then returned a day later to ensure that the system was working properly.

All of that was amazing. But what really prompted me to write this review (and for what it's worth, I never write reviews! this is a first for me) was Tudor's tireless effort afterwards to help me recoup my manufacturer warranty money. To make a long and tedious story short, Fujitsu—the manufacturer of my AC system—tried everything in its power to weasel its way out of repaying my valid warranty claim for the failure of its product. Endri at Tudor HVAC spent THREE MONTHS of his time wandering through the bureaucratic labyrinth of four different Fujitsu customer service departments and negotiating intensely with the product distributor (a separate intermediary!) in order to get me the money that I was owed back. Mind you that I had already paid Tudor for their services, so Endri had no immediate monetary incentive to do all of this for me. What's more, he kept me in the loop about everything via text and phone calls. It's service like this that restores a bit of one's faith in humanity.

I will absolutely be using Tudor again and I recommend that you do too. Thank you Tudor and thank you Endri!

I am writing this recommendation for Tudor HVAC Mechanical. They installed a new Carrier air conditioner and furnace and rerouted the exhaust to increase its efficiency. More recently, they installed a tankless Navien hot water heater. Tudor is a small family run business who I trust. They have been responsive to all of our outreaches and came back several times to make sure our furnace and air were working just right. I really like the whole team: Asim, Armando, Endri and the master, Asim's father, Mohammed. We are very grateful for their professional work and their care for our home and business.

Had an emergency with my old heating system. Found Tudor via google and it was the best decision. They came the day I called. Ended up having to do some major work and they handled it from start to finish. Professionally and efficiently. They did great work. Tudors tech's were kind and helpful and worked hard until the job was completed. I was very happy to have called Tudor and suggest them for any of your HVAC needs.

First let me start out by saying Endri is the best. The day I called was the coldest day ever and my heating system broke. Endri was able to send out the team which was professional and knowledgeable. Anytime you need any repairs this is the best company hands down.
