Wilcox Service Company

I hired this company for my business... I had a few problems regarding 2 commercial coolers and a deli case. They fixed my big cooler got it running and told me it was good to go... in which I put about 600$ worth of perishable food items. Long story short... that cooler did not hold up and I lost all of my product in that cooler. They finally got the next cooler up and running but have failed to put it back together after fixing it. They have been here twice fixing another deli case that I have spent about 1000 to them to get it fixed.... also currently not working. They ordered a part for the other cooler and I have ignored all calls and emails. They then start reaching out to people that don't work here... when I finally answered before and explained the things that went wrong... I was just told good luck with another service provider. Poor customer service. Garbage work.

Wilcox was able to diagnose and fix my furnace the same morning I called them. The technician was very friendly and made the repair very quickly even though the furnace is from the early 1970s. The price was very fair and I won't hesitate to call them for my fall service next year!

I am a first-time customer of Wilcox Service Company. I was in a bind and of course, on the hottest day of the summer, about 92 degrees my AC unit broke. Jon was amazing, he came to our house, made us feel at ease, also followed regulations due to covid-19, and was able to fix our AC easily. He explained what the issue was, turns out it was a part that needed replacing. He explained everything quite thoroughly and I could tell that he was very sincere and genuine in his work, not trying to break your wallet by any means. He did a fantastic job finding the right solution for us. I remember I was nervous my fiance had mentioned that some companies will tell you just to replace the whole entire unit, but Jon was very professional trustworthy and straightforward. Now it's been about an hour after he left, and my house is feeling much cooler for which I am very grateful! I definitely will be using Wilcox Service Company for all my future needs! You should too, I promise you won't regret it!
