I rarely write a review but the service I received from Bob Steffens is worth writing about. My heat broke on New Years Day - the 10 degree New Years Day - and Bob, was not only the only plumber to return my call, but was at my home within a few hours and solved the problem. When the remote thermostat was still giving an incorrect reading, he went back to my house in the dark (I had to leave town) and checked it again. It has been so long since I've found someone with the professionalism and workmanship I received from Bob Steffens. I highly recommend and thank him again.

I have had RM Steffens Plumbing & Heating do work on my house in Sag Harbor. N.Y. on a number of occasions. The work has been first rate and done in a timely fashion at a very reasonable price. I was out of town on two occasions when I urgently needed help and it was comforting to know Bob was taking care of the problems. OMG yesterday, thanksgiving we were just leaving the house one of our pipes in the bathroom burst, it immediately flooded the bathroom. We turned off the water and today Friday I contacted RMSTEFFENS plumbing. He immediately responded and it was fixed. This is not the first time Robert, the owner has helped us out in an emergency! Stephens Plumbing quoted us at a price and then attempted to charge us more than double. They were rude and would come to the house outside of open hours to try and claim their unfair charges. I would avoid them at all costs.
