In this day and age, it is so refreshing to have a business truly care about the work they do, and truly care about their clients. I just had this experience with GAD AIR . The owner was concerned about the upcoming heat later this week and did not want me to have to endure it without any air conditioner and asked if they could come at 8 AM on memorial day morning not only did they show up on the holiday, but arrived right on time and went right to work installing a new unit into my cottage. They had to deal with several situations due to whoever had previously installed the old unit and trying to remove it but they worked for hours and put everything back and could not have been nicer guys, the unit is absolutely wonderful and cools beautifully and quietly but what is more impressive are the professionals that arrived at my house and did such a fantastic job ! I am so happy and completely satisfied with every part of my experience dealing with GAD AIR !

Gerard and his team installed an upgraded heat pump/AC duel fuel system to replace our old and tired existing AC. We couldn't be happier with the work performed and are excited to be working with Gerard and Antoinette on any future work that we may require. Our AC stopped working during the heat wave (96 degrees). We called Gerard and he came the next day to take care of the problem. GAD Air cares about their customers and is always able to help when we need them. Great people to work with. Professional, honest and always reliable!

I highly recommend GAD Air. This company is honest, courteous, prompt, professional and knowledgeable. They responded to our urgent request for repair to our central air system almost immediately. They had us up and running so quickly during a very busy summer heatwave. Antoinette and Gerard are very friendly and personable. They kept us informed of schedules and even checked back with us after the work was complete to make sure everything was running perfectly - and it was! The price quoted was the price we paid, and it was very reasonable. I cannot say enough good things about their wonderful service. We are happy to say that GAD will be our permanent "go-to" company for any and all of our future a/c needs!

I had Gad AIR install an AC system on the second floor of my home. Gerard, the owner, made an appointment with me, was on time, assessed the situation and before our meeting was over gave me a ballpark estimate to complete the project. At that point I called the office and spoke with Antonette. Awesome conversation, very polite and extremely helpful. I told her I had a wedding coming up at the house and if it were possible I would like to have the project completed before then. Her response was, Absolutely! At that point we scheduled an appointment, they ordered the equipment and installed on the exact day and time they said they would be there. They were in and out in a couple of days as planned and during the project the working area was always covered and swept clean. Any questions either to the guys or to the office were always answered immediately. I am a building contractor. As part of my job it is my responsibility to make sure that any subcontractor I hire or send to someones home does the right thing. I am happy to say that Gerard and his team at GAD AIR are the best at what they do and that I have seen in a long time. Courteous, neat, respectful and very professional. I would be happy to refer them to any of my customers.

We just switched from an oil burner to a Mitsubishi Hyper Heat system. This was a complex installation with the addition of duct work and all of the new hardware. It's obvious Gerard cares about his customers as he did an amazing job and it was a pleasure to be around him during the installation; Gerard does his work with as much care as if he's doing it for a family member. My wife and I will now be GAD Air customers for life and we would highly recommend GAD Air to anyone who needs service or a new installation. Further, it was a pleasure speaking with Antoinette on the phone, she was very helpful and informative during the completion of the the job. Simply put, just call GAD Air/Westchester Heating and Cooling if you want HVAC installation, repair or service. Antoinette not only returns your calls immediately (yes I had more than one question for our installation and she returned my calls promptly every time) and Gerard, Marty, Eric and Omar all worked together to complete the installation of my Central Air without jumping to another job like some contractors often do and made me feel like I was their only customer. The truth is they are very busy but completed my AC install efficiently because they are great at what they do. Gerard, the owner makes sure everything is checked and double checked. He has a ton of experience and he has pride in all the work behind his name for many. many years and his attention to quality control is why he is so highly recommended. He does things right-no short cuts.
