His trade knowledge and customer service is outstanding. Thank you so much for your after hours service on a cold Sunday. I’ll rest comfortably tonight knowing my furnace was in good hands.

Jasen is very professional, knowledgeable and experienced. He looks out for the customer and doesn’t take shortcuts. He even offered electric heaters for us to use while work was being completed. I would definitely recommend this company and will call them to do my sister’s hvac system this summer/fall. I’m very happy with the service and price. Arndt h/c gets five out of five stars from me.

Super responsive. Less than 1.5 hours
from initial call to truck in the drive. Jason gave us two options to solve the problem. One was the expensive and immediate route, and the other was a work around to keep us in heat until the far less expensive solution was available. Totally awesome guy. This family owned business has earned my business moving forward. Will recommend to anyone who asks. Probably some that don't as well.

My father used Arndt. He was told by several other contractors that his furnace repair / replacement would be $2000 to $5,000. When the technician showed up it took him 30 seconds to diagnose the problem, a faulty safety switch. All together it cost my dad $300. There is something to say for honest people in the trades. Thank you very much for saving my father a ton of time, money and headache. I will definitely use your services in the future.

Update: I said I would use them and I did. I needed my water heater flushed and called them. The tech asked if he could come by early which is always a win. He installed new valves and taps and did the flush. No leaks, no worries. If you are on the fence, call them.

My husband and I contacted this company from a finding on Google for emergency service. The customer service was excellent! Very polite and exact! Called and texted before arrival, they were punctual! They were at our home within 2 hours from our initial call for assistance. Jason, the repair guy fixed our furnace in no time. He was very knowledgeable! He talked with my husband through out the process so we'd know the exact problem. Jason was very nice too. After he finished working he sat with our family and talked with us until the house warmed up just to make sure his job was fully complete and functioning properly! Jason treats me well and I respect his work. His recommendations of products have been the best. You can’t go wrong hiring him whether its for residential work or a large business service. He serviced my furnace today and installed a new Bradford hot water heater.

I was very pleased with Arndt's prompt and professional service today. I had no heat, and it is hard to find any companies that handle oil furnaces. Jason was able to get things up and running quickly, all the while explaining to me what the different parts are and how they work.

Jasen and team went above and beyond after a routine water heater replacement turned out to be a lot more difficult. Jasen came back the next day and fixed a bunch of things that the previous owners had in place that were messing with our hot water. Prompt response time when asking for a quote and straight to the point no nonsense. Great conversationalist as well. 5 stars and will definitely be recommending from now on! Appreciate you all!
