Called looking for a part person sounded half a sleep, they happened to have it. Office is gross the floor apparently is the garbage. Asked for a reciept response was sure if I wanted to kill a tree. Seemed knowledgeable and inventory well stocked. The condition of the office and lack of customer service turned me off

Since I didn't buy my HVAC system through Lion HVAC & they didn't carry the brand I have they could not get me parts I was told. A capacitor is not restricted to one manufacturer or for just one use. It was a waste of time calling them for parts.

Centrally located HVAC store located in the heart of Monsey. Very busy store, but still manage to deliver great service. They are always eager to help whenever I come around with a smile. I definitely recommend this store for all your HVAC needs.

Called and asked for 6” liner flexible liner for chimney, guy on the phone was telling me that he has a plastic piece and flex lining pipe for dryer that will work. Mind you if you install that youll burn your house down. Wouldn’t trust this place to buy something they recommend.
