Reliable Heating and Cooling

From the beginning to the end it was a great experience. James was wonderful with all the aspects of the entire work. Including customer relations , clarifying all the nonsense questions that I had...he just handled all stages of work professionally. Paul, Arty, Bob all great guys..true professionals all in their works.
I can and will recommend these guys to everyone. Arty's word saying" there is no such a stupid question" tells it all. Thank you guys, great pricing, no gimmicks, fast reliable work. 6 guys in and out the house left nothing behind just completed the work in front of my picky wife , god bless you all..

From the first time I called Sal he was on point. He made time to come and check out my system even though he was very busy. We opted for a new system install. 2 days later Sal and his crew came over and installed new units. To this day it was the cleanest and most professional install I have seen. I would highly recommend them for all your A/C needs. Hands down they are the best!

Called to get a quote for an oil to gas conversion, not expecting a response because it was the weekend. Not only did the owner (Sal) pickup, he did so while on vacation! That Monday our house was checked out by James and an estimate shortly followed. It was fair and thorough! Team came in and completed the entire job, including oil tank removal, in 7 hours. Their work is meticulous. Team is well educated and really cares about the work they do.

This morning, 5 days after the conversion, and during the polar vortex, our heat wasn’t working to its usual capacity. I texted Sal and received a response within minutes. James was back at our house within the hour, checked out everything. We have an older house and out baseboards seem to take longer in a few areas to heat up. James continued to bleed our baseboard until he felt confident. Surely enough a short time later baseboards were nice and hot and house is back to toasty temperatures!

Was having an issue with my air conditioning called james connolly at reliable heating and cooling. Had someone at my house right away to fix the ac. The people at reliable are respectful and made sure everything was good.

Our heat wasn’t working properly. I called and Sal told me to try a few things first before having his guys come out. I texted him stating it still wasn’t working. He immediately replied and sent his guys the next day. James came and assessed the situation and was able to fix it right then and there.
Anytime we have an issue with our system we call Reliable Heating and Cooling.

Our technician was very thorough, polite and courteous. I have used this company before and I am always pleased with the work done at my home. They also clean up after themselves which is always a plus.

Im very impressed. They came a few hours after I called. Fixed the problem (Temp because may need new unit) and got the air working.
