We bought our house in 2009 and it with a frontier Boilers that was installed by Quinlan. For years up to this year we never had an issue with them. However recently they have refused to service our boiler and refused to come when we had no hot water. The receptionist even yelled at my husband after days of waiting when he asked if Chris is coming anytime soon, “he is not coming” and she would not give a person that they recommended that could come. A month later we still have no hot water and desperately trying to find someone that is familiar with they system and a month later we still have many days without hot water. Not very professional.

Chris is excellent and always gives me reliable and timely service.

When my furnace was damaged due to flooding from hurricane Ida, Chris Quinlan was highly recommended. He responded quickly, assessed the damaged, ordered the parts and had it fixed quicker than expected. I was very grateful for the fast response since it was turning colder by the end of the week. Over the years we've used various HVAC professionals. Chris is head and shoulders above the others. His response time to emergencies is always timely and he takes the time to explain what caused problems and how he has solved them. He is also proactive in making suggestion for improving the plumbing and heating and air conditioning in our 160 year old brownstone. I would highly recommend him.

Chris Quinlan and Company recently replaced our 72 year old boiler with a new highly efficient type boiler. As always the work done was excellent as has been the Quinlan trademark. Our family has used Quinlan since 1977.

I used them around ten years ago to replace the furnace motor,so I never had a reason to call. So when it didn't kick on last week I called them and at this busy time they fit me in that day and before they closed the heat was on.. my thanks to Chris my hero..and didnt it go down to 33° the next morning!! And i was toastly warm..with my expertly repaired furnace.

Chris is the Wizard of of Air Conditioning. We returned home from an extended tour of the USA on Saturday afternoon. Knowing that the office was closed the service center sent out an email alerting to our A/C problem.
We expected not to hear from anyone until at least Monday at the earliest.
To our greatest surprise Chris called within 10 minutes of my conversation with the call center and said he was minutes away.

I have been using Quinlan for a solid year and I have nothing but wonderful things to say about them. The women who answers the phone is always such a sweetheart, and the man who delivers the fuel is such a great guy too!!!! I highly recommend them.

Thank you for quick response, courtesy and professionalism. My wife is a sick person struggling with pulmonary disease. She can not live without air conditioner. It stopped working, when temperature outside was 97 degrees. But with the help of the company the problem was promptly fixed within 2 hours. Great job!
