I had just moved into my home and noticed my A/C unit wasn’t pumping out as much as it should and after getting waitlisted by the two bigger A/C companies, I was getting discouraged. Alex with Breathe Right was recommended to me and I could not be more thankful that he was. After reaching out to Alex, he was not only willing to come out the next day, he also attempted to pinpoint the issue with my A/C unit before even coming out.

Alex stayed in constant contact with me prior to coming to try and troubleshoot as best he could and even notified me he was on his way a half hour before he arrived. He got right to work and kept explaining what he was doing and what he was checking for. It was determined that 4 years of dust was most likely the culprit (due to no maintenance for some time). Alex took the time to clean the unit inside and out. I had also asked him to install a new smart thermostat as I knew the one inside hadn’t been changed since the 60s. Alex had the extra wire needed in order to install the unit and he even waited while I set up the account on my phone to ensure it was working properly. He even rolled up my hose again after using it to clean the unit!

Alex is a professional, who is friendly, while still incredibly knowledgeable on what he’s doing. He genuinely cares his customers are happy and satisfied with his work and to top it all off, when I received the total, I looked at him and said that’s it? I couldn’t believe the bill was as low as it was! If you need someone to work on your A/C or HVAC unit, Alex is the only person I would recommend and he’s the only one I will be using from now on!

Alex did a great job on my central AC unit. I had an issue with my central air unit and needed help as soon as possible. He was here the same day to understand the issues and had everything ordered and installed within 2 business days. My unit is running like new and most importantly he is fair and upfront about the problems and how to fix them. Very fairly priced. I would highly recommend BreatheRight to anyone in need of any heating and cooling maintenance.

Alex was incredible and went above and beyond my expectations. He even pulled out a bush that was in the way of installing my outdoor air unit. He even leveled the concrete pads I bought. He explained everything along the way and answered every question I had. He did an amazing job and left everything clean when he left. I am very happy with his service and would highly recommend. I met with Alex to get an estimate on replacing my furnace he showed up gave me some options and I was impressed with the knowledge he brought. I hired Alex and a few weeks later he installed our new furnace and did some minor adjustments and we love the end results.

He was friendly fair knowledgeable and honest he could have completely taken advantage of me and my lack of heating knowledge but he didn't and that isn't something you see now a days!
