Dakota is very professional and pleasant. I was in the market for a new furnace and air conditioner unit. His pricing is very reasonable compared to the other quotes I received. I am so glad I chose this company. Let’s just say, I am a very fussy person (so I’m told). He met all my expectations and more. His work is very neat, straight and professional done. AC unit failed. Kane heating came out same day and gave me a fair appraisal that the 20+ year old unit needed to be replaced. He got me right into his schedule and everything was done in a half day. Good price, quality work, and a very knowledgeable installer. Thank you, it works great.

We have had issues with our basement flooding over the past 2 years, each time it caused our furnace to stop working. We got a response immediately and Dakota showed up that day or the next morning every time.

Dakota is incredibly professional and did a fabulous job diagnosing the issue with our heating system, inspecting the rest of our HVAC, and working diligently and efficiently to repair the concern. He took the time to educate us on the system, maintenance needs for longevity and safety of your home, and helped us with plans for the future for our older model HVAC system (however now working great!) Our furnace went down right before the holidays and was "fixed" by another company but then went down again a few days later. I called Kane Heating & Cooling and told them our situation and they came out that day to assess my furnace. I was informed that the furnace needed to be replaced but he was able to get my furnace up and running to make it through another week before he was able to get a new furnace in and installed for us. He was extremely reliable, professional, knowledgeable, and responded to any calls or texts from me right away or within a couple hours. The price was very reasonable for what needed to be done and he made what was a stressful situation very easy to deal with. Highly recommend Kane Heating & Cooling.
