Throughout the process of working with Brandon, he was responsive, professional and thorough in his assessment of the issue with our heating system. We ended up installing a new boiler and hot water heater. The installation process was smooth, but when we encountered a problem a couple of days later (no fault of Brandon’s - a part on the new system failed), Brandon came to our house on Christmas Eve to resolve the issue. Overall, we were very happy with our experience and we will definitely be using Brandon in the future, as well as recommending him to others.

We used Brandon last year to replace and installed new water heater, and recently to replace some valves and installed new w/d. He identified and fixed the problem and gave us some great suggestions for our system going forward. He’s very knowledgeable, professional, on time and reasonable. Heat was out in the bedroom zone of our home the day before Thanksgiving. We called 5 other providers and nobody had any availability. Then we called B Glad, and they were there in a couple of hours. They diagnosed and fixed the problem quickly and completely. Next time we will call B Glad first!

Brandon was extraordinary both in his professionalism and in his knowledge of the field. He came to repair our completely dysfunctional central air conditioning unit, and all of the other companies to whom we had spoken had insisted that we needed to replace the entire system. But Brandon did a thorough analysis and recognized that all it required was a new motor and blades as well as a thorough cleaning of the outside unit. As a result, I paid roughly 1/8th the amount that had been quoted by his competitors, and I am thrilled to report that we now have our air conditioning delightfully functional again! I would heartily recommend him to anyone as he is both personable and professional, honest and extremely hard working! Thank you so much, Brandon!

I wasn't getting heat out of my upstairs radiators. The first HVAC person told me I needed new radiators upstairs -- each one would have cost $1000. B Glad Heating & Cooling took a look and fixed the problem in 15 minutes and I didn't need new radiators. It was a simple solution. I now have heat again upstairs! I appreciated his professionalism and honesty. Highly recommend!

I’ve been a contractor for 35+ years and B Glad HVAC is one of the most professional and honest companies I’ve ever worked with. The company I used to work with for over 10 years has been overcharging me this whole time. They will remain unnamed but they quoted me $15,000 to install an A/C unit in a relatively small area and I wanted other quotes. I called B Glad HVAC and the owner came out that day and by the next morning I had a quote emailed to my office. It was almost half of what the other company quoted me. The work was excellent and I couldn’t be happier, not to mention his crew is a pleasure to work with. Thank you guys I will be calling you for all of my HVAC related work from now on.

It’s like the old adage says,”A good mechanic is hard to find, and even harder to loose.” Brandon holds himself to high standards of character &integrity. He is incredibly knowledgeable of the trade & fairly priced. No doubt my “goto” guy.
