I'm sure they do fine work. Technicians are very polite and professional. But the company's emails wear me out, this survey included. I'm going to reduce our maintenance schedule with Blue Hat, partly because I don't think our 3400 sf little office needs 4 visits per year, but also to cut down on the constant stream of emails, reminders, invoices, reports, schedule requests. Blue Hat has instituted an automated email system that apparently suits their needs, but as a client I feel heckled by it. Stop with all the emails! -Tom Caldwell, Atlas Engineering.
