    Great work. Called ten other companies they didn’t answer or call back. Miller pickup. Had me on the schedule for the next day. Took him about four hours to make repairs the unit lost power at the service Disconnect and he went got the parts and fixed everything and checked everything out. Will use again

    Great experience called 9 am 10/ 13/17 Chris was here at 11:30 changed the AC condensate pump he was very professional and efficient .
    Told us what to expect out of this AC unit and the best part Miller CO. Saved me $$$ awesome. Highly recommend this company for their honesty ,fairness and professionalism .

    There are probably 100 HVAC companies in our region. Miller was recommended to us years ago. Since then, they've come to our home to inspect and do light maintenance on our system a couple of times a year.
    Last month, during the annual summer check, our heat pump was very low on refrigerant. The service tech topped it off, and recommended a leak test at some point to determine why it had lost so much gas.
    Leak test day came, and the coil located in our crawl space was leaking, and couldn't be repaired. When I got their price for replacing it, I also asked about replacing the heat pump, too. Both items were about 12 years old. We negotiated a price; I was told they'd be here the next day. They actually arrived when they said they would.
    Their technician, Adam, spent a half a day replacing the coil and heat pump, but a serious equipment issue arose. The company's owner, Charles Miller, immediately went to his supply house, and brought a replacement unit. Adam spent another couple more hours in the 90 degree hear making it possible to cool our home.
    Then (can you say "snake bit" boys and girls?) my programmable thermostat died--it's now 4:15 p.m. Adam jumped in his truck, drove to the supply house and got a temporary thermostat so we could control the new system. This man had been hard at it for a full 8 hours in 90+ degree heat, but he never frowned or said one negative word.
    I bought another programmable thermostat like the one that died on Thursday. I let them know it was here, and Chris Miller came Friday, again exactly when he said he would be. He installed the new thermostat, programmed it, and set up its WiFi so I can control it via my phone.
    Adam, Charles, and Chris are three of the most professional service industry people I've ever met. They do their work quickly and correctly. They just went way beyond what they had to do to make this a positive experience. They succeeded. Companies like this one are rare, and getting harder to find. I recommend Miller Services without exception.

    Technician name was (retracted by request). Invoice number: 1520-10966. Job date 01/02/19 in Mcleansville NC.
    That should help you locate your records. But maybe not since you're so incompetent. I can provide a screenshot of invoice if still in doubt. But I'm not interested in talking to anyone from the company unless you're willing to pay back my money or at least apologize.
    Recommended by realtor for hvac inspection. Technician said unit is working and decent condition, even though it was working in emergency mode only. Said no leaks, and said he didn't see emergency mode. Unit is 15 years old and could not ask for replacement because of passed inspection. I had to call different company to troubleshoot emergency heat afterwards. Technician found 2 leaks(said more than year old). Had to replace thermostat because it was working only in emergency mode. Had to refill refrigerant. Plus some kind of sensor bulb was in improper place in the unit as well. All of this "missed", not sure if on purpose by technician from Miller services. Beware if you want to do business with this company.

    2022/New update: 2 years later and this is still THE BEST HVAC comoany that I have done business with!!
