The technicians arrived at my house at 8 am, exactly when scheduled. They asked if I’d like them to wear a mask before entering my home as well. They started working right away, they cleaned up after themselves and finished earlier than expected. They were incredibly professional, yet personable at the same time. I will be using One touch from here on out, and will absolutely be recommending them to my friends. My new unit works great!
I never write reviews, but I am DISGUSTED with the service provided by this company. They came to my house to fix my AC at 8:00am. They got it to come on. Within 2 hours it was back off. The technician was nice, and he told me to call him if I had any problems. I called and they were no help at all. They kept saying they would call me back and they never did. I had to keep calling them. The receptionist stated that it was working when he left, and he doesn't know what's wrong with it so they're going to refer to a second opinion through my warranty company. Not, we'll come back out and take a look, troubleshoot, check the thermostat nothing. All he did was change the filter upstairs and take out the filter downstairs. It took about 10 mins. Due to the incompetence of this company I have now been without AC for a week. I now have to wait another week, in an 83 degree, home for the new company to come because after they wasted my time the first by coming over and not really fixing anything, they wasted another 2 days with the authorization that needed to go to AHS. When I called she told me she would get to it when she got time,, very rudely. It's sad that people will take your money and rip you off. They should have had the common decency to come back and recheck everything or troubleshoot, but I guess the money is important not the customer. If I go to get my car fixed, I pay and it breaks right back down, I can always take it back. Sometimes what you try first doesn't always work.It is sad that this company wasted my time and money then refused to help because they knew they were getting paid regardless, absolutely disgusting.
American Home Shield sent this company out to repair my heating unit. I watched the repair guy for 26 minutes in and around my home. Charged me 154.04 to top off the outside unit. Told me that it was low and that is why it froze up, when my unit is brand new. Kept insisting that I get a leak inspection when that was clearly not the problem. Talked to the owner after he told me he would give me a call after I took pictures of how my unit froze again the same night after they came to fix it. This was the most unprofessional experience ever. Then I received a text that my appointment is canceled and I can seek a second opinion. I will do you a better one. The Better Business Bureau will be contacted first thing after the holiday.
I highly recommend One Touch Heating and Cooling . Hunter is honest, reliable, responsive and does outstanding work. I have had bad experiences with HVAC companies I had worked with previously and it was so refreshing to work with someone with integrity and a commitment to serve his customers respectfully and fairly. I appreciate that he took the time to explain to me what was wrong with my unit, the options that I had to address those problems, and the process we would go through to get it done. If I could give ten stars I would!
Absolutely wonderful experience with OneTouch! Knowledgeable and courteous, they worked with my needs and installed a new system very quickly. I highly recommend and will definitely call on Hunter and his team again!
We are first time homeowners and our AC went out...we know nothing about home warranties and such..but American Home Shield sent them out , and the technician diagnosed and fixed the problem very quickly and advised us what was wrong and that it was a common issue. We are relieved to have our AC back on so quickly . They even came out earlier than we expected !
Called 4 times, send an email, over 1.5 days and no response. Their message says we will return your calls "promptly". When your heat goes out, and you need service, can never recommend a company that doesn't answer their phones or return their calls.
BEWARE!!!! If I could give them less than a 1 I would. American Home Shield Warranty sent this company to repair my furnace. The One Touch repairman was in my home a total of 10 minutes. In that time, he diagnosed my furnace as beyond repair, stated that it would cost me about $8000 to get a new one, and suggested that I get a loan from One Touch to cover the cost AHS won't pay. Later he said my air handler was the problem and it would cost $4790 for a new one. IT WAS ALL LIES!!!! Fortunately, Cool Breeze 1250 came in and saved the day. The Cool Breeze repairman found that the air handler did, in fact , work. The One Touch repairman had shut off the breaker to my furnace so it would not blow air!
Thank you to Hunter for coming out and taking care of our heating issue. He was fantastic and very knowledgeable and was able to diagnose and repair our problem in a fast effective manner. Would highly recommend him and the OneTouch team.
AHS sent a work order to them for my AC. I called them at 11am & the lady said she making appointments now & she will call me right back. At 2:00 no phone call so I called them & it went to voice mail. I called AHS & they called them. AHS said they can’t come out til Monday. I think that was very unprofessional for them not to return my phone call & let me know something. I wouldn’t recommend them
