1st Choice Service Group Heating & Air

1st Choice installed a new HVAC system in our house and two mini splits. The service level was outstanding throughout the entire process. Chris presented us with a range of options and walked us through each one in detail. Installation was smooth. Working with 1st Choice has been a really positive experience.

I purchased a home in 2020, and 1st Choice installed my HVAC system. The system works fine in the summer, but every winter, the heat stops working and it's very inconvenient and difficult especially when temperatures are in the single digits I love the company but this equipment is terrible. As a first time home buyer I should've done alot more research and paid more attention to detail but I could not have foreseen a persistent issue like this.

1st Choice installed a complete Lennox system in our home. The workmanship was excellent and the installers showed up as promised. I was impressed with the detail and quality of the work done. The installers were very professional, courteous, and left our home in good clean condition. I was thoroughly informed on the operation of this new system and the new digital thermostat. This system operates so much quieter than the old system and we really like the variable speed circulating fan! We are very happy we chose 1st Choice service group and the Lennox HVAC system:

They sent out a very knowledgeable and friendly man to help us with our AC problem, a defective squirrel cage motor. This motor was in guarantee but a dishonest installer, Dean Ball, DEAN'S HVAC in Candler, refused to honor the guarantee and made a dishonest excuse, then became violent and belligerent and ran off with our paperwork which he or his father had attached to the plenum. 1st Choice understood we had been wronged so they were gentle on the service charges. And yes, it was definitely 1st Choice because we have a record of the account and also a record showing our account with 1C was paid. Gracious! Why all the fuss?

Elizabeth did a great job getting our service scheduled and keeping us updated about our appointment. Matt serviced our equipment and located the problem that we were having quickly. The part was ordered for us and came in ahead of schedule and our repair was completed. Our system is running just like it did when it was new. We could not have asked for better service or a more professional experience. We look forward to working with First Choice Service Group Inc. for our annual maintenance appointments and service. Matt and Chris are amazingly nice people. My furnace gave them a major run for the money. They showed patience and a lot of problem solving to find the problem and address it. Frequently showed flexibility in scheduling and very attentive to getting job done right and without costing thousands. Office staff were always sweet and very kind on working with scheduling. I’ve never worked with a home repair company as professionally run as 1st Choice. They text when they’re on the way and are prompt and thorough. The repairman, Randall, is bright, very knowledgeable about Lennox products, and is clearly a man of integrity. Billing is prompt and their prices are fair. Office staff (Elizabeth and Julie) are warm, caring, and responsive. This is how businesses should be run!
