    Steve from Fluette came out for our spring AC check up. Was here about 1.5 hours working on the attic air handler and outside heat pump. Replaced an upstairs drain trap and sealed some holes in the air handler. Cleaned, checked the outside unit. Wore shoe covers inside, was polite and attentive the way I wish my family could be. I sprung for the annual service contract for 185, including the work that was done today. See you again boys.

    We recently moved to Asheboro and after checking on several local service companies I called a relative that lives in Asheboro. He recommended Fluette. They came today and I am very pleased with how thorough and professional Daniel was. I would recommend this company to everyone. Thank you for your very reasonable prices too.

    Our A/C died on Saturday and we were showing our house for sale. Luckily it died after our Saturday showings. Talked to a friend and he recommended Fluette heat/air. Called them at 8 am on Monday morning. Being a "new" customer, I thought we would be put at the back of the line but the service tech arrived about 12:30 pm.. His name was Christian. He was a very friendly young man and worked tirelessly on our system. He came in the house about 3:00 pm and advised that he had found the issue, a blown fuse in the air handling unit. Honestly with the amount of time he spent, I was ready for a bill of around $400-$500 but it was only $266. I highly recommend this business and also Christian for any of your HVAC needs. We are moving from Durham to Graham and will establish a service contract once the move is complete. This is a great company and if the rest of the employees are anything like Christian I predict that Fluette heat/air will be a force to be reckoned with for a long time into the future.

    My A/C stopped working in the middle of the day, they showed up first thing in the morning since they were already booked for the day. The tech showed up on time and was very professional and friendly. The issue was a bad fan capacitor. I had already messaged a friend of mine that used to work for a different local company for years. He told me that was most likely the issue and if it was I should expect to pay $300-$500. To my surprise I was only charged about $200 which included a $15 fee for some clean up which I opted to get done. Very Satisfied with the service, would highly recommend.

    I rarely write reviews but these guys are so great at what they do that I wanted to share my good experiences. Last summer, our 30 year old upstairs HVAC unit finally died. I called several places for estimates but decided to go with Fluette because they offered the best combination of quality and value. And unlike some vendors, they come to the site to carefully inspect everything before giving an estimate.

    Fluette installed a new Heil HVAC system for us. The installation went very smooth. All of their technicians were courteous and professional. Shortly after installation, I noticed that the AC was struggling to maintain the set temperature. They came back out to investigate and discovered that our attic exhaust fan had died at some point. This was causing excessive heat to accumulate in the attic and making the new unit struggle to keep up. They then proceeded to install a new attic fan, at no charge!

    The system worked flawlessly for the past year until yesterday. I got home and noticed that it was warm upstairs and the unit was not turning on. I called Fluette around 3:30pm to report the issue. I wasn't expecting a service call until the following day. But about an hour later, their technician Christian arrived to take a look. He quickly determined that the drain pipe was clogged which caused the system to shut down. He cleared the clog out and called his manager Randy to check on the status of our one year service warranty coverage. Even though our 12 month coverage had expired two weeks earlier, Randy waived the service call fee as a courtesy. Christian even checked the coolant and temperature output of the unit. He also went the extra mile to confirm that it is registered and under warranty.

    It is clear that this company values their customers and customer service is a top priority, Every single crew member has been a pleasure to deal with. Thank you Scott, Josh, Randy, Christian and everyone else on the Fluette team! I will never call another HVAC company. If you are reading this review trying to decide who to hire, these guys are the ones to call!

    Fluette did fair pricing for the repair needed on my furnace. Steven Edward's did fantastic work on unit and deserves a bonus and a raise!! Would recommend to family and friends

    This is the second time Steve serviced my AC unit, the first time just a regular maintenance/cleaning and today a thermostat issue. Both instances they were great with showing up on time and VERY reasonable prices. Not hoping for a service call anytime soon, but if it happens, I will call these guys again; with zero hesitation. Can't recommend Fluette enough.

    Fluette installed a mini split system for us and did a fantastic job. The install was very neat and professional. There was no mess or trash left anywhere and no muddy foot prints on a rainy day. I would definitely recommend for your HVAC needs.

    Randy and Steve, the technicians who came to my house, were great. They have good attention to detail and are friendly and knowledgeable. This was my first experience with Fluette Heating and Air, but based upon the work of these two employees, I would recommend the company.
