Excellent service. Mathew knew immediately what was wrong with our furnace and had the heat back on in a matter of minutes. On time and very pleasant to work with.

I understand that 'in the business' you can make a little extra money by marking up the cost of parts. I needed a simple part that took a 5 days to get in. Part cost me $190. I contacted the Carrier dealer directly and the part cost $75. I found it online to the general customer for $100. I contacted Messer about the excessive mark-up. No response. A little mark-up is understood, but this was un-ethical. Buyer beware! Never going back, as this was the 2nd time I received poor service.

I've known them for years both as a customer and working on new construction as an electrician. Very prompt, courteous and extremely clean work. Top of the line knowledge and friendliness.
