Today we had the 2nd of our 2 maintenance appointments for the year since we had a mini split installed. The installation included a year of maintenance for that unit as well as the main unit that was pre-existing. The maintenance check is so thorough, it actually makes me feel confident that we are in a good place as we prepare for warmer weather. Hudson, the technician today, was very kind and professional. I have had amazing service from this company from installation to maintenance. I believe they represent what they can do and they follow through with their commitment. They also give you an idea of things that might be an issue in the future so you can be prepared. I will continue to use their services as well as recommend them to others.

Albert did my gas pack 2 years ago and my split AC this year. Very happy with his service. I feel that there is a lot of misinformation propagating around in the HVAC marketing, such as claims that higher-efficiency units will actually save you money in the long (generally not true in our area). I appreciate Albert's deep knowledge and honesty in his recommendations for what systems to go with.

Nobody wants HVAC issues but the tech that came out was great. Fast, straightforward and friendly. Would strongly recommend based on my interaction so far and I don't think I'll have to look anywhere else for HVAC services in the future.

First impressions are everything. From my first call placed the week before Christmas, the Comfort Pro LLC team (Ellise and Veronica - Technical Assistants and William - HVAC Pro) were accommodating, efficient, professional, and extremely patient. They were able to schedule, deploy, successfully diagnose, and ultimately repair our failing (ancient) heating system the week before Christmas (2022). I was extremely impressed with each member of the team I interacted with. I felt as though my time and business were really valued and I was treated like a member of the family by everyone on the team from first contact. You have earned yourself a customer for as long as we live in Apex. If you are on the fence about working with Comfort Pro LLC, I can assure you that you will have a great experience. I'm already looking forward to our first full checkup for our system going forward. We are aware that our system will likely need to be replaced in the coming year (s...I hope) and feel confident knowing they will provide honest assessments, good advice, and honest estimates whether it be repair or replace. I used to hate it when it was time to 'roll the dice' regarding our twice a year maintenance calls with the other guys, but I have full faith in Comfort Pro LLC going forward. Thank you all! The service done is fine and efficient. However, if you sign up for their "Comfort Club", they will repeatedly call/leave voicemail/send text message back to back to schedule your maintenances and not properly communicate when costs are due. So again the services are great, just make sure you explicitly ask what you're paying for each time.

Comfort Pro is a top rate company in quality, service, and responsiveness. The owner, Albert, is very personable and explains and answers questions so that you can understand him. He wasn't pushy when providing me with my options and allowed me to decide on repairing the old or purchasing a new system. His technicians are also highly skilled and very professional.
