So Thankful for Eliza and Martin Flores and their TEAM A+ ROOTER came right on time when I needed them. Kitchen sink was overflowing and the laundry room pipe was overflowing with water. They sent a guy out within 30 min of me calling he was on the way he did a great job fixing the issue and making sure I understood everything he was doing and what to do to prevent the clogging for the future! I love their services! Great people and great quality of work done! I will use them again when needed! I recommend them to anyone!

A+ Rooter is awesome!!! My uncle used them for his cracked sewer line, and referred them to me!!! They came in less than 3 hours, figured out my issue, and on the next day, they went to work!!! They replaced the old pipes, in the cold and rain, and kept me informed every step of the way!!! And the price??? It can't be beat!!! They are definitely the way to go!! Definitely a A+!!!! I have already referred them on my social media sites and at my job!!!

My husband called A+ Rooter to check on water leaking in our living room. Oscar came and courteous on all communications and the plan to fix. He, his dad, and his brother came the next day and fixed pipe leaking behind the washer. They were professionals and very friendly. Would definitely call them again!

A+ Rooter/ Eric and Oscar!! I am a Maintenence Manager for Multi Family property company in the Charlotte area and I can not say enough about these guys. They are very professional and provide a wide range of services. I call on A+ Rooter for all of our major clogs and or repairs.

I had a sewer backup at one of my rental houses. I called a+ rooter, Isidro came out and unclogged the main line with the electric machine, also he inspected the sewer pipe with a video camera and found out there was roots growing inside the pipe. He gave me the solution to repair the problem once and for all at an affordable price, which i agreed. Now if i have Any plumbing or drain problem i only call a+ rooter . They are affordable and very knowledgeable.

I have never in my life dealt with someone as rude as one of the technicians who was sent out to the property I rent to put in a new sewer line. There was a group of technicians who did the work and when I got home they were all sitting down on buckets eating plates of food at 4:30 in the afternoon. I asked when we would have access to the sanitary services again since we planned to have company for dinner (they came out a day early). They started to work after that. After speaking with them, I noticed that they had taken tree roots and thick pieces of tree trunk that they had cut out and put in our trash can and put at the curb. I let them know that the City will not pick that type of thing up with the trash and they needed to remove it themselves. A young technician started to argue with me and tell me they did not put those roots there, that I, in fact, had done it. Funny thing is, the reason they replaced the sewer line was because roots were growing into the old line. Another technician ended up removing them for me. When they were done with the job, I noticed a large PVC pipe sticking up out of the yard about 7 inches. It was capped. They indicated the City needed to come out and clear their side of the line, as there was a clog on the City side. He assured me he would call his supervisor and take care of that. He stated after the City took care of their issue, he would cap the line off. They never called the City. I did. Once the City finished their part of the job, I called their office and asked them to come cap the line off and finish the job to which the lady asked if I had called the rental company about it. I let them know that I should not need to call the rental company, as this was part of the job they hired them to do. She then called the technician and he said what they left was the clean out and it should be like that. He ended up coming back out and argued with myself and my husband saying it was normal. He was rude and arrogant continuing to ask, How is this? Is this what you want? What do you want? My husband had to point out to him that if he looked around, he would see that there were NO other homes that had a gigantic PVC pipe sticking out of their yard.
I would NEVER and I mean NEVER use this company if it was my money paying for them. I rent so I had no choice. Rude is putting it mildly.

Amazing quality customer service!! They changed my garbage disposal and unclogged my drain, and all in about 30 minutes!! They did a great job, I couldn't be any happier or recommend them any more!! I look forward to doing business with them again in the future!

Twice now our regular plumber has fallen through as a no call/no show. However, right when I call A+, they are on their way and communicate with our tenants. I appreciate it!

I will not recommend this company. They are not professional, and they are very rude. They also told me they will not honor their AD on the 2018 Hispanic Directory. They scheduled a visit and did not came alleging that they got lost and then told me to go with other company and hang up. I am really disappointed and I can not imagine wha kind of service will they provide if hired. Please be very aware.
