I had really great service. Tanner stopped over last Friday 6/16 to do a quick repair just because it was crazy hot. He made sure he was the one returning and he rescheduled an appointment Monday to come back and install a new smart thermostat. Then he continued to replace the items to repair my air conditioning under my house. He was very helpful and answered all my questions. I am very happy and hopefully I will see him in 6 months for maintenance.

I called at 5:15pm. I was told someone would call me the following morning. I was then called right back and told a service tech could come on over. He was at my home by 5:55. He diagnosed my system in about 20 minutes and after approval my repair was completed by 6:30. He was very professional and very nice to deal with. I have only had this type of service a couple of times in my life. I would highly recommend.

Travis was my technician and let me say that he was very professional at what he was doing. His knowledge of the system was admirable. Not only did he arrive on time, but wasted no time to conquer the job at hand. I was impressed with his affable, patient and courteous attitude. He was a joy to have on the job as he hummed his entertaining religious tune when we weren't discussing the workings of my AC/Heat Pump. When A follow-up maintenance comes due, I prefer to have him back on the job. He is truly an asset to your company.

We installed a new faucet for our kitchen sink and discovered our water shut off valve for the house was leaking. We called Champion and had Brad on the way in about 30 minutes at 5pm on a Friday evening. The communication was awesome!! We got a text with his photo letting us know who would be coming and a phone call when he was on his way. He arrived when he said and was extremely courteous and professional. He assessed our issue and gave us options for what he could do. The prices were reasonable even considering this was an "emergency" call. After choosing which option we were comfortable with (ended up needing a couple of copper pipes replaced with pvc to prevent another issue later) he proceeded to fix it right up. Even though he did have to cut a hole in the wall to have access to the valve, he gave us a panel to replace it with and cleaned up after himself. Any future needs we have for plumbing we will definitely trust this company to handle it. Very satisfied with everything overall.

DJ showed up earlier than expected and was very thorough in explaining everything going on with our system and helping us to troubleshoot and come up with the best solution to our problem. Finally enjoying cool air again!

Joel came and was an absolutely wonderful person! He made a very bad time for me much better! Champion Plumbing will always get my business, not that I want them any time soon...lol...but if I ever have a problem I will be calling them...I will recommend them to all my friends and family.

Champion has always been very dependable and especially in emergencies. Ben and Cody took care of my recent emergency. They were professional and mannerly. I’ve also had Matt and Dillon in the past for other electrical and plumbing jobs. I highly recommend Champion. Also Nicole is always nice and helpful on the phone.

Madison was very thorough and took his time explaining all of the realistic, affordable options for us. He is a genuine professional that cares about his work, and is competent in what he does. Installation will be next day, which my family and I are ecstatic about!! Thank you so much, Travis!

Quick to come out and check my air conditioning. The technician chase was awesome. Very outgoing and very knowledgeable. Could not be happier with this technician and company. Will definitely use again
