McKinney Heating and Cooling

We have been using Dwayne for our rental properties for the last 15 years, He's always professional on time and always resolves the issue & Outperforms other companies by a long shot in his abilities and pricing.
Recently just built a new home and of course we had him do our HVAC. Always professional and we will continue to use him for all of our heating and cooling needs.

Dwayne has always been incredibly helpful and does great work. Every time I have had to call him to service my HVAC system he shows up quickly, gets the job done, and is reasonably priced. Never had any issues with his work and recommend him to everyone I know.

Serviced our home for several years was excellent. We built a new home and after completion he disappeared. Would not return calls or messages. After McKinney disappeared, We have learned that the system was was incorrectly done and we have had to do major changes to make it work correctly. He buried the condensate line in the yard underground and it would not drain. The wrong thermostat was installed causing the evaporator to run all the time. Duct work dampers had to be installed to distribute evenly. Condensate pump needed to be installed. and more! Do yourself a favor, hire someone else. Cannot trust this company.

Today was the second time that Dwayne came to service our heat pump. The last time he came he had to replace a relay on the fan unit under our house. He was prompt, he showed up only a short time after we called stating we had a problem. Today he came to do a routine check on our heat pump and again he was prompt, not only that but was again courteous listened to what we had to say, fixed what he found to be a problem, explained what the problem was and serviced the unit. I would definetly recommend this business to anyone that feels the needs anything for their heating and cooling needs.

Always arrived promptly, even on very short notice. Very knowledgeable, courteous, went out of their way not to track dirt into the house. They seem very honest, always explaining the problem well, along with all of the options available to resolve it. Their prices are very fair. I wouldn't hesitate for a second to recommend them.
