From the beginning Sheer Comforts' communication was outstanding. What makes them truly stand out though was their technician Kenneth. He is friendly, caring, and extremely thorough with his work. As a new homeowner who inherited an older AC unit, Kenneth walked me through the process of the maintenance he provided. He was very knowledgeable and I could tell he cared about making sure his work was done well with honesty. I really appreciate him and Sheer Comfort and will look forward to using their business in the future.

Sheer Comfort’ team did a fantastic job replacing our HVAC system. From removing and disposing of the old unit, installing the new system and getting it started; they were very professional. Travis and his team were very patient answering all my questions, and arrived on-time to start work (which is unheard of among contractors these days!). I was impressed with how clean they left our home when the work was complete. I have nothing but the highest recommendation for them and plan on signing up for a maintenance plan too based on this first impression.

I’ve used Sheer Comfort for over 15 years for maintenance as well as for the purchase and installation of two HVAC systems. It’s a small, family-owned business that treats its highly competent staff so well that most have been with the company for years. For me, it’s special to know the owner and technicians well enough to ask about their families when I see them. They’ve taken good care of me over the years and I know they’ll continue to do so.

Travis Shearer came out and quoted us for a new HVAC for our upstairs and a mini split to heat a basement office. He delivered and even moved the date of install up as soon as he had the opening to do so. They recommended excellent electrical work from Pisgah Electrical Services. TC came and finalized the install and walked us through our new units. All around great service!
