We recently needed a new HVAC unit, not always the news you want to hear before the heat of summer. Southern Comfort (Nate, Director of Sales) priced the unit and installation competitively, working with us to find the best unit for our home. Within a few days their team of Joey, Darrell and Nick had the unit installed and the old one removed. They worked quickly, efficiently and cleaned up at the end of the day. They were all very polite and conscientious. I would gladly recommend Southern Comfort for any HVAC needs.

I came home from a weekend trip to a VERY cold house. I called Tommy Bynum, who is now with Southern Comfort on Mon 10/22. They were really booked, but got me an appointment for Wed, the 24th. I was ok with that. Scheduled for the afternoon, but they were able to get here that morning, which I was grateful for. Jonathan did a quick but thorough job, and (thank God!) it was an easy fix. He suggested I do checkup's at the change of seasons, and I will remember that come Spring. Jonathan was very nice, and personable, and it was a pleasure that it was him doing the service. I would always have recommended Tommy Bynum's company, and if his good work ethic carries over to the Southern Comfort folks, I would recommend them also. Good price, great service

these guys rock!!!! gettin a new hvac can be stressfull but they communicate with you throughout the process and help you understand the system. I can tell they have a lot of training and experience. call them FIRST!

I worked there 1979 to 1980 & I remember our work being held to the highest standard. A.B. Williams was a stickler for that. It was a privilege to work there.
