Ronnie sent a photo text ahead of arrival and called to let me know he was on his way. Very polite and professional and able to deal with my two dogs. He was thorough with checking on the outside and inside units. So happy to have purchased the preventative maintenance agreement. I highly recommend this company.

We have had Sherman out to service our unit at least 3 times over the years. He is always on time, courteous and efficient. Does a great job and explains everything when he is done. Couldn’t ask for nicer person to do service

This is our second maintenance with this company. Both times the technicians were professional and personable. This time was a different tech than the first. He knew who came out the last time and easily reached him for a question I had from the first visit. After the service was complete, Jio, was nice enough to time a moment to talk and meet our friendly pet. We are working on socializing her. So, the fact he was willing to take that moment meant a good deal.

We originally reached out to them for an issue that was easily resolved. I remember the experience of calling out to them being easy with a quick turnaround time for the appointment.

The technician, Tyler, arrived a couple of hours later than scheduled but he was competent, polite, & efficient. We have been customers of Air Treatment for about a dozen years & have always been well-served. I recommend them highly.

I have been band-aid my HVAC for about 2 to three years. I had previously had a service agreement with AIR Treatment. I was going to band-aid my leaking system again this summer, but due to my experience with AIR Treatment, they were able to assist me with financing a new outside unit and inside unit. They were very professional, polite, friendly and stayed right with the installation with breaks til it was completed. I had some questions about my new system, on Thursday night while we had a terrible storm......They called me on Friday and let me know when they would be arriving. My experience with them has been great! I'd definitely recommend them for any current/future needs that you have. I am happy about the warranty that they slso will provide, should the need arise!!! My technician Ridge Stanley had a cancellation and called to see if I wanted to move my appointment up, which I did. He was very professional and thorough in explaining the issues I was having and was able to fix them and as well as ordering parts for future repairs. I would highly recommend Air Treatment.

Our upstairs A/C compressor was not functioning. We have a maintenance contract with Blaze (formerly Air Treatment in Greensboro) so we called them. Tyler, an A/C tech, came out first. He was running ahead of schedule and called to ask if we were available. Unfortunately we weren't, so he went to another customer first. He still showed up a few minutes before the original appointment. Within minutes he had diagnosed the problem as a failed breaker, which needed an electrician. Since Air Treatment/Blaze do both AC and electrical, he was able to call in an electrician for us, a big convenience. Tyler told us it might take a while to get the electrician out. Javier, the electrician was here within a half hour. Tyler knows how to manage expectations (underpromise and overdeliver), which is a GREAT skill to have when you're in the service business. Javier replaced the breaker within a half-hour. All told, the issue was resolved within an hour and a half of the first call. Excellent service by a couple of young professionals. A great crew! We've used Air Treatment/Blaze over the past few years and they have never disappointed.

Our AC went out on one of the hottest days of the summer. We called late in the evening and they sent us Joey the next day who did a phenomenal job fixing our unit. Pricing was reasonable and the recommended membership that he offered us will be very beneficial moving forward.

I have been using Air Treatment for the last 10 years I have their Service Agreement on my HVAC and they have kept my system running with no issues. The last technician that came out, Ronnie Wright was A+ he was courteous, efficient, knowledgeable and neat. I will be asking for him again next service. I highly recommend Air Treatment.

Setting up an appointment was super easy. Air treatment scheduled me the following Monday - I called them on Thursday.
